Took her to the Reseda location because it was an emergency and it's closer for us. Come to find out, that crown was infected because of "improper placement" as seen on xray. She had to end up having her molar extracted same day which was beyond traumatic for a 5 year old. Fast forward many months later we went to the Santa Clarita location(as advised by the office manager because of the traumatic experience prior) for a normal check up and cleaning. After examining x-rays we find that the second tooth that Dr. Grant crowned was infected as well! We now had to have her completely IV sedated to pull that tooth at Santa Clarita location where they are completely competent. It's no coincidence that both the teeth Dr. Grant put crowns on got infected. Beware and do not take your child to him!

And the X-ray technician was okay not too friendly, but he took my glasses and never gave them back to me. I had to drive back to them so I could get my glasses. I don't have insurance, so after the X-rays they gave me a quote for $3500 for a root canal and crown. Okay...I don't have that money currently. I asked how much would it be for a tooth extraction. The woman told me $1000 and it will take 30-45 mins for the extraction. $1000 for a tooth extraction that's only going to take 30-45 mins?! Nah. They at least gave me prescriptions for clindamycin and Ibuprofen which I was happy about. Then they told me I was free to go, just for them to call me a 20 mins later talking about they forgot to charge me for the X-rays Idk if they're price gauging here or what. But I'm not paying $1000 to pull a tooth. I'll go elsewhere

Hello everyone, I do…read morenot recommend this dentist at all and if you are going to have your dental work done with insurance, be careful to get written confirmation from them that they will do everything your insurance covers because then they will constantly send you invoices asking you to pay so much and they will make you angry and upset. Their work is not humane at all and their office does not have a good attitude to respond. Use other dentists who will treat you with dignity and respect and will not take advantage of your lack of knowledge or poor level of English.
