I originally came in for a braces consultation, but after a thorough exam, I found out I needed a root canal, cleaning, and a few fillings. As overwhelming as that sounds, the entire team made the experience so much easier but fun at the same time. I've had some not-so-great experiences with dentists in the past (the kind that make you want to avoid going back forever), but this is the first doctor I've actually LIKED. My dentist "Dr.Omeed" has a great personality, friendly, funny, and really easy to talk to which made a huge difference and helped calm my nerves. The staff was very welcoming and professional from the start, and Dr.Omeed took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt informed and comfortable. What really stood out was how gentle and caring they were throughout each procedure "Dr. Omeed, Oscar and Julio ". I was honestly nervous going in, but they made me feel at ease the whole time. DO NOT COME HERE. The worst dentist office ever. They are so unprofessional. If you seat back there and look around everything is all over the place. Boxes opened, material everywhere. It's so unorganized and dirty. Also, They ran my card without my authorization and out of spite they discontinued services for my mother. Even though she was in good terms with them and paid her bill in full. Who had nothing to with anything but be a loyal patient to them. The back office makes you feel so uncomfortable to the point you can't even trust them doing any type of service. They pulled all my wisdom teeth out and it was the worst experience ever. The Dr who was not licensed.... Sent my prescription to cvs. The pharmacist told me that Dr was not licensed. Why would she tell me that? Called them and they sent it under another Dr, that's how I was able to get my prescription.. I do not recommend going here. Late review but most definitively very much deserving of the 5/5 stars. Manager Elvia and the Dentist Dr. Emil run a very professional office. My mother needed an extraction and a temporary bridge on 10/03/23. My mother has pre-existing conditions and so proper assessment for appropriateness in-care and after care was very important to me. Elvia quickly reassured me of the pre-screening of a senior patient. Special shout out to the office Manager Elvia. Elvia was very hospitable, reassuring and it shows that she cares. To this end; my mother had a successful extraction and now sports a lovely temporary bridge of her front tooth. Her anxiety has been reduced and she can't wait to come back for her permanent bridge. This has been my dentist for many years now but I have avoided making my appointment for several years due to my dental phobia of gagging w xrays. Well of course like everyone else I had a tooth ache that lead me to make an appointment again, but I decided to go to another office where the lady taking my xrays couldn't get past the first xray as I almost threw up she didn't have any patience worse mistake of trying a different dental office. From me fearing dental xrays & gagging I ended up going to a dentist in TJ where they don't do xrays MISTAKE #2 I went for one tooth pain & apparently I had 6 cavities.. Well instead of the dentist fixing only one tooth she did 5 more which resulted weeks later in total of 3 teeth hurting nonstop. I held of a few more months until my tooth aches got worse and I couldn't handle the pain so of course I returned to Ultra Dental which I should've just came here to begin with. The lady that took my xrays was super sweet and I explained to her how I was nervous & how I gag with xrays so she got a mouth gauze and put hand sanitizer for me to smell and she was able to get a FULL mouth of xrays without me gagging!!!!!!! SHOCKING well at least for me haha. I couldn't get her name but she was super quick & kept reassuring me to breathe through my nose. I explained my whole situation in TJ to my dentist & I also didn't get his name due to how nervous I was but he was also very understanding of my gag reflex & was able to fix two of the tooth aches that were bothering me nonstop. During the whole process he kept checking on me to make sure I was fine and was explaining everything he was doing step by step until he finished. Now I can say I am pain free & I'm able to eat without my teeth hurting!! THANK YOU to all your staff for dealing with such a HUGE baby like me. I been coming her for 4-5 years I had an amazing experience with the pediatric specialist for my daughter so I kept coming here even though my drive from canyon country is out of my way, I hadn't been here in maybe a year and a half and I was a little disappointed at the front desk lady she was not so friendly that's all I'm going yo say . It was a smooth experience. The staff is extremely friendly and the building is very cleaned and sanitized. The equipment is up to date and the doctors let you know if your insurance(If you have one) will cover what procedure you're there for and how much it will cost before doing it(That way you can deny the service if it you can't afford it). A huge THANK YOU to Ultra Dental for taking care of my dental needs! I had a dental issue I had let go because of traveling and personal phobias of dentists. I went to the dentist office and was in so much pain they couldn't even work on my teeth! Dr. Spivak was so kind to give me antibiotics for a couple of days before they could even work on my teeth. A few days later went in and he was able to completely take care of my problem! I am now pain-free! I am so impressed with his basic "bedside manner" and true care and concern. The entire staff every one of them were just as sweet as they could be, while being caring and understanding. I was referred here by a friend of mine. I didn't know what to expect and I hate going to the dentist. But when I walked in and saw Nancy smiling at the front desk I knew I was in good hands. She helped guide me through my forms and got me ready to take some X-rays. Yvette was really sweet and took my X-rays and prepped me for my check up. So this place is AMAZING FOR ADULTS. However, the pediatric dentist, who practices here once a month (please excuse my language) is a straight rude bitch! Today she worked on my sons teeth who is 3 years old. First off she did not explain anything to him before she started, she just starts drilling and working in his mouth like he knows what's going on. CHILDREN NEED EXPLANATION JUST LIKE ADULTS. The worse part is i can hear her saying repeatedly "Stop crying it doesn't even hurt " & Stop crying or you will not go home." What child is going to stop crying after being told that? & what kind of professional says that to a kid? Putting fear in a child is the way she likes to work, I can see that after today. So again, this is an amazing dentist for adults and the receptionist Nancy and Danielle are perfect and so sweet but the pediatric dentist is a whole other level of unprofessional. They had first said they don't allow parents in the room when the child is being treated and I wonder if it's because of the way she speaks to them. NOT FOR KIDS!!! read more

The staff was very nice and attentive and made me feel very comfortable. I was seen by Dr. Spivak. It turned out I needed a deep cleaning and a filling (I may have missed a cleaning or two before...). Today was a most amazing experience I haven't been to a dentist in a long time and today I was sooo extremely happy and satisfied with the services I received today. My daughter was terrified of the previous dentist office that she would cry every time I mentioned we are going to the dentist but today the friendly staff was extremely supportive and caring my daughter didn't cry or even run out. 1st staff member greeted us as we enter walked us they the paperwork since it was our 1st time. Then Yesica was awesome she knows how to comfort the children and I love that. My son 1st timer was amazing he was so comfortable with her (Yesica) and the staff he didn't cry and he actually asked when we going back.. When it was my turn the young lady (Yesica) took my X-rays and walked me thru the whole process I felt like amazed because previous places they would just do the work and I'd be like wth are they doing. The front office lady I forgot her name was kind enough to watch my children that's a plus !!! The dr was soooo freaking hot and he was soo caring on the work I got done he made sure if I felt uncomfortable just raise a hand whom ever heard of a dentist that said if I felt pain or uncomfortable to let him/her know. I didn't feel pain or I wasn't worried.
