i used diamond brooks for several years. the despenser stopped working. they replaced the unit. about 4 hours latter, i walked into my kitchen and there was four inches of water on my floor. said they would come the next day??????? need lees to say, i was not happy. i called area plumbing and they arrived within reason, this was four oclock in the morning. they are great!!!!!!!! haven't had any issues sense then. now have a water felter under the sink, self cleaning. read more

This place is a joke. I had service with them for over 2 years and they always had a problem. First they can't get there Billing right , some weeks no water delivery and no call as to why no delivery. Once I receive perfume tasting water Once I didn't get water because they ran out of bottle cap now I have been waiting for water now for over a month and I called 4 different time to see why they say they will call you back but never do .one of my calls was to pay my bill they say couldn't get in to systems and would call me back still no call back . Now they come and take my empty bottles and didn't leave any full ones and I call to find out why she doesn't know and said she would call me back she never does so I call again and find out they are not serving my area anymore . Bad customer service and doesn't deliver when they say they will. Repeated calls do nothing to solve the problem they just don't care.

I am writing this review in discuss with Diamond Brooks bottled water, I called over a month ago to let them know that I had a pump that was making noise and as of today it is still not fixed. Last week I had a hose leading to my drinking water start leaking and was promised that it would be fixed today 1-23-2023 and of course a no show, when I called in a spoke to several employees I was told I would get a call back in 10 minutes which never happened so I called and now it is tomorrow that my two items are suppose to get fixed, we will see. The sad part to all of this is that I have been doing business with these folks for years. read more

WOW! Good price but horrible service. The office staff struggles with professionalism and timely responses. They will say you are scheduled, but you have to keep following up if you want your delivery. Save yourself the time and hassle and just go get your own water. read more

Dirty water is all im getting from the tank... I called on Monday (6 days ago) to have it replaced .. Ive had to call everyday after that. Now its Saturday and they still haven't fixed my problem. Canceling for sure. read more

They do not follow thru with delivery's... we have been without water for the last 10 days and they don't call with any updates on when it will come! I have asked them 5 times to call before they come because our tank is in the garage but they still don't and then I miss then on the rare occasion that they show up. The lady in the office is not very helpful either... very poor management! read more

I am sorta happy I didn't read the review of this business prior to contacting them and inquiring about delivery service of water. I support everybody's opinion however the reviews didn't really sound like it's about the water delivery. Driving around town and saw the truck delivering service; I'm a huge supporter of local business so when I called they were able to get pricing information over the phone and the lady was very nice and friendly. I have been getting 5-gal bottles from Walmart for $6.50 each which comes out to $1.30 per gal of water. I was totally okay paying that as we go through so much water and being in the desert having enough water (just in case) is always important. I called around prior to reaching out to DBBW and other deliveries were about the same as Walmart (even a little higher) so when DBBW told me theirs were $5.00 for 5-gal delivered I was sold!!! They deliver every 2-weeks and now I am saving $9 (every 2-weeks) and don't have to drag bottles from store to home (and vice versa)...$9 doesn't sound like a lot but when you calculate that for the year I'll be saving over $230!! That huge! If I need more water I can call them and add or remove if we're out of town... The delivery guy was VERY nice and helpful. I will update after a few weeks but honestly I feel super confident with my choice right now and I'm VERY Satisfied! read more

Do NOT do business with these people!!! They are thieves! They stole parts from my dad and money!! And they are not returning them i called and spoke to Barbie she doesnt know anything they have been over charging my dad over and over the only reason he found out was when I found a bill that did not match what he paid!! They told him they would add it as credit when he went to ask for his money back they over charged him and I told them to give him his money back she told me No! I asked for the owner she told me she couldnt give out his information!!! They are taking advantage of older people! They should be shut down!! read more

My husband and I are super happy with Diamond Brooks Water - especially with their reasonable rates, they beat everyone's prices. We live in Blythe and they've delivered to our home & our church (that's how we heard about them) for over a year now and they've always maintained our tank - that is to say it's never gone so low that I need to call. Yes, at first I had to make a few calls to the gals in the office (re: getting initial set-up started), but once we got established everything went smooth. Not interested in keeping a customer I live in Wellton. A week ago the Coyote Wash kiosk shorted me a gallon. It was on a Sunday. I left a message with my phone number and they never called back. Today I used the same kiosk but a different side. Was again shorted a gallon. When I called a woman answered and said she would have to have a maintenance person check it out, (as if the first time I called never happened). I told her I wanted a refund for the 2 gallons and she said I would have to go to office on 32nd to get it, (instead if offering to mail it to me, since their office is 30 miles from here) read more

1 star is 1 to many, our business did work for him, he still has not paid, promises, promises, got a driver heading there he has your check he will contact you when he gets there, I will be there tomorrow, I will send it overnight, still no pay going on 3 weeks, next phone call going to corporation commission. read more
