WARNING!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with ServiceMaster Yuma was one of the most frustrating and heartbreaking experiences my family has ever endured. The repairs to my parents' home took over 16.5 months to complete. The damage occurred in December 2024, repairs officially began in January 2025, and after some initial work, the project sat largely untouched for months with little to no communication. My father repeatedly called for updates and timelines but received very few responses. In January 2026, my parents were told the home was "move-in ready." As someone who works in the construction industry, I became concerned and personally traveled to inspect the property in February 2026 after being told, again, that it was ready for occupancy. It was anything but. The home was completely unlivable. I documented extensive unfinished work and provided ServiceMaster Yuma with a detailed punch list. Among the issues I found were: * A microwave that had been removed and left outside for approximately a year without being reinstalled. * A refrigerator that had been left outside with food still inside for about a year and was later plugged back in despite the odor and contamination. * Missing cabinet hardware. * Large gap under the French-doors in the primary * Protective plastic still covering newly installed cabinets. * Mirrors that had never been rehung. * Dirt, construction debris, and a home that had clearly not been cleaned before being represented as ready to move into. I have attached photos so others can judge the condition for themselves. Even after I became directly involved, it took another three months of constant emails, phone calls, and follow-up before the work was finally completed. Perhaps the most disappointing part of this experience was the lack of communication and accountability. Despite my repeated concerns, I never received proactive communication from the owner, Jonathan Baias. Every conversation had to be initiated by me. My parents were elderly and dealing with health issues during this process. They relied on ServiceMaster to communicate honestly and complete the repairs in a reasonable timeframe. Instead, they spent more than $112,000 on relocation expenses while waiting for their home to become livable. Tragically, my father passed away before he was ever able to return home. No amount of money can undo that loss, but I hope sharing our experience helps other families make an informed decision before trusting this company with their home. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend ServiceMaster Yuma. The prolonged delays, poor communication, lack of project oversight, and repeated representations that the home was "move-in ready" when it clearly was not, resulted in unnecessary financial hardship and emotional stress for my family.

ok, part two of the review. Chris came back as planned for…read morethe cleaning of the carpets. Did not disappoint in any way. My carpets were so clean that WHILE HE WAS THERE, my pisser dog (love her to pieces but geez) went into a bedroom that he had completed and left a little reminder that she would always have the last word. OMG, so I caught her in the act and scolded her and put her outside. I then had to go and find Chris and tell him of her antics. He laughed and made me feel at ease and just retreated for urine and cleaned it right there. The best part of using this company was the carpets looked like a fresh new version of the carpet that we started with. When we moved in, remember I said the carpets had a horrible smell in the house (part one of my review)? NOT THIS TIME. I was so not a believer that his method would eliminate the smell. I was sure we were going to have to remove these bedroom carpets and start with new carpets. NOPE. They look amazing. I am so impressed. Now the price. .....so many people call for prices and when they hear the price, they are scared away. I guarantee you that the price is more than the fliers you receive in the mail for $120 whole house but you get what you pay for. I prefer, sanitized carpets, with no residual smell when the carpet guy leaves. There were stains in the carpet that were not defined ones but just an overall dirty look in certain areas of these lightly colored bedroom carpets. NO MORE and the carpets are all one color and bright. How is this possible? I am not sure but the proof is before my eyes. This service not disappoint and I will always use Chris with Chem Dry Yuma. OMG, CALL HIM......he is the best.

I was assured that if there was any issues after everything dried, he would return and resolve, or try to touch up any issues. I've called twice, with no reply. To add insult to injury, I tipped the serviceman $ 30 because of his promise to resolve any issues. I did business with Chris a few years back and he is an Honest Businessman. Too bad a properly company went to trash
