First time today 1/12/25. I should have trusted my instincts and walked out. I walked in and sat down. No one acknowledged my presence until it was time for me to sit in a chair. As I waited I read the sign with services offered. It said $15 for eye brow threading. I did think it was strange, maybe it was outdated prices since I'm used to paying $20 in Capitola and Watsonville. Anyway, it took her 10 mins to clean up my brows and I was charged $28. I was a little thrown off since it was a $13 price difference. The service was horrible. My eyebrows just needed to be cleaned up but instead she took way too much of my hair that fills in and blends with my micro blading. I was not happy. Figured I'll just pay never to come back. We all know you shouldn't expect much from doing your eyebrows or nails at any Mall! Well... I needed an emergency eyebrow threading and said, screw it...I'll give this place a shot! Honestly I don't know how I feel about this place anymore. Ive only gotten my eyebrows threaded and only at one place which is Diamond Brows. I've been coming here for years and sometimes my brows would come out perfect or decent. I've always had thick shaped brows and I've always been clear on how I want to keep a thick shape to the woman and I'm usually satisfied with the results. But two days before prom I wanted to get my brows done and I told this younger lady who's never down my brows before that I wanted to keep my soft arch and keep them thick, and for some reason this woman decided to make them extremely thin, thinner than I've ever had them. It hurt my self esteem greatly and my eyebrows have been ruined ever since. My thin brows looked good after a couple of days but they weren't what I liked. I've only gone back once after that and I have a fear of getting my eyebrows done now because of that experience. That one star is for the older Indian lady who does threading other than that its zero stars. DO NOT GO THERE FOR MICRO BLADING! Before making the appointment with the owner I had ask a younger lady if micro blading hurts she said no because she numbs your brows but that was a lie. When the owner did my brows it hurt so bad a couple tears went down my face, strike one. Next when doing the steps she would touch her phone and take pics of the process but she didn't wash her hands or replace gloves (throws up* super unsanitary) Strike 2. When she was done she pick up a old pink brush and unwinded a long hair from it and used it to comb my brows and take pic STRIKE 3 YOUR OUT! If I could turn back time I would never go there. I will not go there for a touch up. That was my last time there. read more

Went in on Monday to get my eyebrows done it was 6:15 saw they closed at 7pm so I went and I saw a girl helping just ONE person and she was on the last eyebrow I went in and she said they are closed I said well what time do you close and she said 6:30 went in to BROW 23 in the mall and they close at 7 and still accepted me along with two other people this is going to be my brow place now. read more

Got my eyebrows done at this new eyebrow place in Northridge Mall. Great appearance from both outside and in. The ladies were wearing matching uniforms to fit the Diamond/ glam theme which was as pretty neat. Plenty of space. The ladies were very nice and courteous. They did a good job on the brows considering they were new; however, my only gripe was because they had just opened they did not have a functioning card reader for me to pay for the services. I wouldn't have minded paying cash if I would have known this ahead of time, but I was told right when I was about to pay and I was told it was cash only at the time. Luckily, my husband had cash on him, but otherwise I would've have to track down an ATM and come back. Will definitely come back again, just hope that by now their card reader is working. read more

I guess if you're anal about one hair being off on your eyebrows, this place isn't for you. I came here yesterday to get my eyebrows threaded after a month of growing them out. The young lady that did them followed my natural eyebrow shape. In all honesty my eyebrows are not shaped the same but they came out relatively symmetrical. On my left eyebrow she took off one extra hair that made it look like I have a bald spot on my eyebrows. For me it honestly it isn't a big deal because I fill my brows in either way. I think she did a good job with the exception of that one hair. read more

usually I hate getting my eyebrows done. It always hurts and leaves my face looking like I got attacked by a red monster. Maisa waxed under my eyebrows and was very quick and painless. She threaded the top of my brows even though I was weary about the threading from a previous experience she comforted me and talked me through it all. She took extra care to make sure my eyebrow experience was a painless as possible. She was very professional and friendly you could tell she was very experienced. My visit started to a rocky start, as I was kind of ignored until she was done with her first client. The atmosphere is nice and definitely clean, everything looks professional and legitimate. I went to get my eyebrows threaded. I hadn't gotten my eyebrows done for about 3 months so they were pretty grown out. She asked what I wanted and I told her to reshape them and make them a bit thinner. The end product was good, but not the best I have had. My eyebrows aren't perfectly symmetrical, but that may be due to my natural brow shape. Overall, it was a good experience for the price. Will I be returning? Most likely not, once you've fallen in love with how one person does your brows, it's hard to settle for anything less. Definitely would recommend giving it a try, as it is a good price. read more

About 5 minutes ago My friend and I walked in there because we noticed it was a new store. We walked in and the girl at the front desk was on her phone and didn't even acknowledge us after we said hi. We stood there for a minute and her phone rings and she answers it. She carries on a convo with who ever called. I told my friend we can leave because their customer service sucks!!! We walked out. Five minutes later we walk pass again and she was still on her phone. This business lost some serious money because we were looking for a place to do brows and waxing for our friends wedding party of 8 women. I accidentally found this place, I came through the wrong mall entrance and I noticed this new store. Once I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and a genuine hello bye the girls working there. It just so happened to be a brow bar which is the reason why I cam to the mall. I know they've had/ have a lot of workers in and out of there but I have honestly been happy with each and every one of them. I got my first pair of eyelash extensions here the process was fast, they explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Since, it was my first time getting the eyelash extensions they did feel weird but after a while I got used to them and I absolutely love them. I've had them for almost 3 weeks, they are starting to fall off but they Still look really good. I've got a lot of compliments! The only bad thing I can say is that they tend to poke a little bit. This is absolutely, single handedly, the WORST PLACE to ever get your eyebrows done. I went in for a brow threading and came out with brows that made me laugh from how terrible a job they had done. I had asked to keep as much thickness as possible as I had gone the whole month growing them out to get threaded and came out with patchy, tragically uneven, and nonmatching brows. One is thin and higher up than the other, while the other has bald spots in it and has no smooth line or form. On top of that, this brow is started way too far in, leaving a bald patch that makes my nose look even wider than it is. It was a horrible, horrible mistake coming here that I will now have to spend weeks growing it back. If I could give a lower star than 1 I would, not only because of the horrible catastrophe that my brows are now, but because of the terrible customer service; the girls are rude and do not care to be there, and disregard and specific requests you ask pertaining to how you want the final look to be. I let my eyebrows grow for a bit, I wanted them a bit thicker. I told the girl to just clean them up a bit and I didn't want them too thin. She had her young son with her while she was working. She seemed very distracted as he was telling her that he wanted them to go home. When her friend walked in with an infant, she told her son to go say hi to them. And since her friend had arrived, she was too busy to ring me up so her coworker did it instead. If my eyebrows had looked nice, I wouldn't be giving such a bad review but they are uneven and too thin. Not a professional place at all and I will not be returning. read more

Tried this place twice already. The first time the girl had no good customer service skills, but did a decent job. This second time was kind of an emergency and I needed my brows done ASAP, so I decided to go back. But, never coming back here again! They finish very quickly (not that it's a bad thing) but my brows did not come out well. And you could barely see any difference they seemed to have only cleaned up around the brows, very annoying. They simply run the thread, no trimming or plucking. Their service doesn't compare to other places where they actually take their time in carefully shaping and plucking individual hairs. I was looking to get my brows threaded while shopping at the mall. I remembered I had walked past a brow bar. Before heading out I stopped by. There was a young woman short dark hair that was standing behind the counter. She was on the phone, there was one other customer sitting down. After she got off the phone there was no greeting. I stood in front of their service menu and checked out the prices, I wasn't sure if they took appointment only, when I asked she responded with a NO. Okay. I sat down and waited for my turn. A minute later an older lady with two little girls walk in and make their way to the back, I'm guessing that was the owner. The older lady then comes out upset because the toilet had over flown, she is making a big deal and interrogating the young employee, this is something you should handle behind closed doors. When it's my turn, I sit on the chair and here comes the owner causing another seen, the young employee looks at me and I just roll my eyes. She begins to threading my eye brows & tell me to pull my eyebrow upward, she continues her threading and I instantly feel a burn. After she is finished she hands me a tissue and the mirror. She pulled off some skin from my right eye and its bleeding. We will all have different experiences, I'm not saying not to go here, because your experience might be a good one. A lady don't remember her name but did a terrible job on my brows! She did one perfectly fine and my other brow was horrible she cut more hair than she suppose to and made it super arched ! I've been trying to find a really good eyebrow threading place so I can have a "go-to" for all my eyebrow needs. If you're looking for a place as well, I can tell you right now that this isn't the place. I've been there several times and all the times I went there, they were very rude and they really messed up my eyebrows. One time, the girl made it too thin even though I just asked for her to clean it up. All the other times, I would leave with red cuts below my eyebrows and have multiple pimples bleeding.
