I first came to Ned from a family recommendation and asked him to create a wedding band for an engagement ring that was purchased from a different jeweler and he created a diamond band that only exemplified the beauty of the engagement ring rather than over shadowed. Unfortunately our wedding was postponed due to COVID and during that time our original engagement ring setting was damaged and needed to be addressed before our new wedding date. Snapped in half three weeks later and she takes extremely good care of her jewelry. 3. Asked him to update my name plate last Christmas to include my son's name in addition to my daughters. Got the order wrong three times. My Christmas gift (ordered in September) was finally ready in may...and it was wrong (again). Once it was finally corrected based on the drawing we do together, it also snapped in half after 2 months. Over 4k too. Sucks I had to pay another jeweler hundreds of dollars to repair his shitty work but that's how much I will never go back here. So now I need to find a more reputable jeweler who will get my order right the first (or second time). Thank God I trust Kent Jewelers in the jewelry exchange because Ned is NOT it. Don't be swindled. Classy diamonds, sure. Classy service ? What a joke
