However my recent experience with jewelry repair was not pleasant. Manuel fixed, checked and cleaned my engagement ring and he did a good job with it. I am happy with the end result. However, the woman who works with him really put a bad vibe to the whole experience &I doubt I will go back. From the moment I came in until I left, She seemed annoyed with every question I had. Then when it came time to read back my Gia number she basically scolded me and asked me why, and why didn't I ask before and made me feel awful. In the end it was done but the customer service aspect of it was unpleasant. I also wondered around looking for some jewelry, I'm currently looking for a new watch. No one once asked me if I needed help or what I was looking for.

Brought it in and not only loose,suddenly had a chip in it!!!! I'm convinced merchant chipped it when originally tightened it since after 18 years of endless wearing, never a problem. Meanwhile brought in my wedding band at same original time as engagement ring and now diamonds loose and after bringing it back with engagement ring to have diamond fixed in it, ring needs small diamonds. A very upsetting experience with two rings of so many years suddenly chipped diamond and lost diamonds!!! Plan on having engagement ring appraised to make sure it's the original diamond. and I paid a lot if money without even questioning the cost. Don't trust this store!!!
