How does a company like Gloworks continue to stay in business. They are just buying time. When…read morethere is a bad review, everyone needs to listen and take heed lest ye fall. Gloworks has some items that are nice, however, there are many items they sell that are of the lowest, cheapest quality and a potential safety hazard. I recently ordered $75 of items and there were at least a dozen that were not working properly (lighting up). Also, like to mention that right many of the pirate light up balls (cheaply made) I received barely light up. What a joke! Gloworks does not stand behind anything when it comes to replacing items that are not working. They state that because I received such a great deal on the clearance items, that they cannot do anything. It is interesting however that some items like the light up foam baseball bats I received were not working (not marked down on clearance) but they would not replace them. It is not acceptable for a company to stay in business and not stand behind a product that does not work! You are essentially paying money for a product that you are not going to receive. If you would like to throw money out the window and let Gloworks steal from you, then go ahead and place an order with them. I will never order another item from this company! Management knows exactly what they are doing and doesn't care the least bit. I feel sorry for the employees that are working at Gloworks. If a company does not treat their customers right, then the employees are not treated right either. Shame on You!
