My scars are now orange instead of white - there is no camoflauge or blending with my skin at all. I went for a follow up and Zoe offered to remove the ink. I asked if I could get a partial refund since this service did not work and was so expensive. She said no. But offered a different treatment option to help with the scar texture that would also cost more than $1,000. Why would I invest more money into more services when the business doesn't even stand by the service already given? I said no to the ink removal process because I don't trust this business with my skin given how much worse things look now. I don't recommend the camo service. Too expensive and no guarantee of how it will look after. I didn't expect perfection, but I don't like that this place charges a premium for a service that may or may not look good. So I'm out $1,000 but lesson learned.

Facials are a regular indulgence for me but I have to say, this was by far the best one I've ever had! The treatment I received was very relaxing (even through extractions!) and included a peaceful shoulder and hand massage that came as a pleasant surprise!
