Although a little on the pricey side, this was a great splurge for an amazing facial. When I arrived and got checked in, I was led to a waiting room that had a Himalayan salt wall and was very relaxing. There were other people in the lounge chairs, also relaxing, and waiting for their services. When it was time for my appointment, my Aesthetician promptly came and got me and led me to the treatment room. It was very soothing and smelled great inside. I loved my aesthetician and she did a great job with my facial. Don't Waste Your Money, Terrible Customer Service My boyfriend booked me a massage appointment for 1:30pm. The confirmation we received for this appointment listed 1:30pm (see screenshot below). I even called the week before to give them my email to fill out paper work for the appointment and they confirmed it was at 1:30pm on that call. On the day of the appointment, I got a call from the receptionist at 12:30pm and was told that I was late for my appointment. I shared with her that I thought the appointment was at 1:30pm and had received confirmation for that 1:30pm appointment time. She was extremely rude and told me that if I couldn't get there in 15 minutes they would have to cancel my appointment and charge my boyfriend the full amount for the service. It seems like this was an issue with their booking software. I understand that things like this can happen and would've been happy to reschedule the appointment, or even have a shorter massage. Very disappointed and not the experience I would expect from a "luxury spa". Reading through some of their reviews, it seems like others have had a similar experience. read more

I'm chill AF as I write this review. The Spa Haus is a not-so-hidden gem in Berry Hill, where a person can reset both mentally and physically. For Valentine's day last year I got my wife a massage and facial package, which she loved! She said the staff here is super professional and atmosphere puts you in relaxing mood right as you walk-in. My most recent visit was purely to check out their CBD selection. They have CBD bath bombs, pre-rolls, Chocolate and CBD infused drinks. I went with the CBD chocolate and I also got under eye toner patches. I needed the patches to get rid of those "you must have a young child" bags under my eyes. I'll be testing out both products simultaneously, like a mini home relaxation session while I watch Bob's Burgers. FYI - Spa Haus just recently added Wellness Pod sessions! Holy cow this place is great! I was given a voucher from yelp to try out the infrared wellness pod here. I called to book my appointment which was quick and easy. They have numerous Covid procedures like masks, temp checks, and asking clients to wait in their cars until 2-3 minutes before their appointment. Upon walking in, I was greeted by Austin, who was friendly. I first used their bathroom which was clean and calming. Next Austin led me back to a pod room. The whole spa building has dim lighting and smells like essential oils and is very calming. The pod room was no exception. He explained how the machine worked and asked if I had any questions. Although I had hundreds, I said no, thank you! So I've tried float therapy before and hated it. I felt very claustrophobic and anxious in that pod. What I love about this pod is that your head stays outside of it. I'll admit, it was pretty strange getting in and pulling the top down over my body. I started on the medium heat and alternate between medium and high. I was nervous it would be too hot and feel like I was burning, but I didn't feel that way at all. Medium heat to me felt like a very warm day on the beach, but it's not hot enough to be sweating. High heat felt like a very warm hot tub. There's no water in this pod either, it's all infrared heat so basically just hot air. Honestly while in there, I was thinking that it was nice to feel so warm on a cold day but that was probably all I would get out of all of this. Boy was I wrong! When I came in, I was shuffling and dragging my feet because they hurt so much from work. When I was in the pod, I started feeling lighter. When I walked out I didn't have any foot or back pain from work anymore. I was also incredibly calm and felt balanced, even while driving through nashville in rush hour traffic on a Friday. As someone who has tried many different things to truly relax and wrangle my anxiety, this is a miracle. The feeling of calm lasted all night. My body generally felt detoxed and clean and just good. I would love to come back here, I think it is so worth it. I will say everyone has a unique body and systems within the body so I'm not sure if we would all have the same effects but I think it's worth a try. Spa Haus is located in the Berry Hill area. It appears to me that it is a renovated house. The parking situation is great, which isn't often the case in this part of town. The parking lot is right in the front, with ample spaces. The spa music will greet you before you even open the door. Nice touch! The waiting room has many inviting lotions and potions for relaxation and health. I didn't have much time to explore, but maybe on a future visit. I booked a 60 minute massage with David. This spoiled rotten girl has been fortunate enough to have had many massages in my time. And with my hand to God, I will say David gave one of the best I have EVER had. He was able to work out the knots in my neck without putting me in pain... which has proven challenging for me in the past. The massage room served as the home to everything for me, as the relaxation room was not in use due to covid. You are provided a basket for your belongings. I was also given a robe to move from my massage to the wellness pod, which I enjoyed after my massage service. The wellness pod was a great sauna alternative for me, and offered heat therapy and programmed massage. Loved it. I am SO GLAD that Yelp introduced me to Spa Haus. I even purchased a gift card for a friend on my way out, so she could enjoy! Count me as a soon to be regular! read more
