Best day ever! I mean. 2 days before Christmas blessing here. I needed lashes beyond your imagination of the word NEED! My first time ever actually but this year my gift to myself was a fancy set of eyes. Whoohooo. I mean. Lashes. My eyes are what they are. Back to my experience. I honestly thought I'd have a mini freak out with all that new eye attention and being strapped in so to speak for over an hour. Wow. But I prayed. I asked the Lord to give me peace and chill my heart. He did. All was well. In fact I took a mini nap and woke myself with a mini snore. Yeah. Totally chill. I went to Zoe Lash Bar and Spa for scar camo for scars I have on my breasts after surgery. The cost for this service was $1000 and my breasts looks worse than before. My scars are now orange instead of white - there is no camoflauge or blending with my skin at all. I went for a follow up and Zoe offered to remove the ink. I asked if I could get a partial refund since this service did not work and was so expensive. She said no. But offered a different treatment option to help with the scar texture that would also cost more than $1,000. Why would I invest more money into more services when the business doesn't even stand by the service already given? I said no to the ink removal process because I don't trust this business with my skin given how much worse things look now. I don't recommend the camo service. Too expensive and no guarantee of how it will look after. I didn't expect perfection, but I don't like that this place charges a premium for a service that may or may not look good. So I'm out $1,000 but lesson learned. read more

I had a volume set installed by Tyler almost a month ago. I've been getting my lashes done consistently over the last two years and these are honestly my favorite lashes I've ever had and Tyler is my new favorite lash tech. He provided clear after care instructions and answered all of my questions. My set lasted a little over two weeks with no irritation to my eyes and great lash retention. He took his time, was SO GENTLE and super friendly. I have really sensitive skin and eyes so I usually expect discomfort but I was really shocked at how painless this set was. First I'd like to say that I did a lot of research for getting my lashes done due to an unpleasant experience at Lash Out in Nashville (please don't go there). After thorough research, I decided on Zoe's, the reviews and prices were great, social media presence was inviting and had a lovely aesthetic, and I even liked that they have other options other than just "Classic" and "Volume." I made my appointment with Destiny 2 days before going. When I got there, I was warmly greeted at the front desk and felt comfortable upon arrival. Destiny quickly arrived to the front to greet me and brought me back in a private room with nice music playing, comfortable tables, and blankets if you get cold. We went over what I had in mind and she gave me some suggestions on lash shape based off of my eye shape. She was very knowledgeable and did her best to suit my needs. The glue burned when applying to my eyelids but that's always a good sign because that means the lash artist is using high quality glue that'll keep your lashes on! Destiny meticulously applied the lashes and took her time on every one! I could see that she really cared about the quality of her work and the satisfaction of her clients. When I was checking out, she made sure that if something went wrong within the first 48 hours of my appt to give them a call to come back in to get any touch ups or fixes, free of charge.
