First off, I wish California gas stations were like this. We went to one of the smaller Buc-ee's, but their selection of gas station snacks were still amazing! I travel HWY 6 between SH 288 and HWY 35 often during work and it's littered with a number of small service stations, most with dirty restrooms. This Stripes has been a welcome surprise since opening for me. They have a wide selection of food items, hot and cold. Everything seems to be reasonably price and they always have the multiple registers manned so there usually isn't much of a wait. The employees are as welcoming and friendly as a Buc-ee's and gas prices are actually better then most. The restrooms are really CLEAN too! My favorite part of this Stripes is the Laredo Taco Company inside, the tacos are very tasty and they have a multitude of hot items to choose from. If you have to drive south down 6 from 288, stop at this Stripes location in Manvel. Whether to fuel up or to grab a bite to eat, you won't be disappointed!

The Fuel Rewards/Shell app gives you 5¢/gallon off and another 5¢ if you link a checking account as a payment method. Every Tuesday, T-Mobile members can get 15¢ off through the T-Life app (expires by Friday night). That's 25¢/gallon off any weekday except Monday. In addition, Shell is having a Black Friday promotion of 50¢/gallon off (doesn't display on the final price). I just filled a full tank at a whopping total of $1.649 per gallon. The Timewise store is impressively clean inside and has a drive thru car wash in the back. I use this gas station more than any other in Pearland.

I think the screen has a total 4 pixels. It used to be normal but changed a year or so ago. The credit/debit system inside seems to always be down as well. So carry cash. However, the staff inside is always super nice and usually quick to open another register if one gets backed up. The only reason this place stays busy, gas wise, is because it's the only one for the Silverlake neighborhood to use. As soon as another gas station opens up.... all bets are off!
