To my surprise they called back within 15 minutes, Sunday evening mind you, to see what was going in and to schedule an appointment. Lou walked around the house and gave me two options, spray the interior and get rid of the ants in the house immediately and not impact the colony, or bait the ants and terminate the colony. He explained with baiting we would see more activity in the next three days but after the fourth or fifth day they would be gone. We selected the second option and I can say we are ant free.
