We were told by another group that we had bed bugs. Todd/Delsea was scheduled to treat my house for $2,000. Prior to treating, he thoroughly inspected all furniture and fabrics in the house again and advised that we did not have bed bugs, despite our readiness to pay him $2,000 to treat the house. Most others would have said we are safer getting the treatment (knowing we don't need it) or making up a sighting of a bug carcass or the like, but Todd/Delsea was honest. It was so deeply appreciated. I cannot recommend them enough. I will be using Todd/Delsea for all my pest control needs moving forward and will be urging everyone I know to do the same. Five stars!

I have been severely bitten and allergic to the fleas which sent me to the hospital x. I called them back and they wanted pictures of the bites, I sent them. Next morning I got an email they all had looked at my pics and said they don't believe these are fleas or insect bites, see a MD which I have! His office notified in writing that yes indeed these are bites and not a word from Accurate. They also told me I didn't have to throw out my furniture as their stuff will kill them. Well I turned over my mattress and it was a scene out of a horror movie, everywhere u looked both dead and very much alive! Took the cover off second bed and so many live ones it looked like someone Dumped coffee grounds all over. This is the worst company I have ever seen and will be posting on Google Yelp Angies's wherever I can so no one suffers as I am.

He came back a week later and no uninvited rodents around!!!! He also helped told us about changing the insulation and offered to come for an inspection as well. My experience with Josh was excellent. He was very responsive, very respectful, fast and reasonably priced. But, beyond that he seemed to run a good business and I never had that feeling that I was being pressured by someone more focused on trying make a sale then helping me with our pest problem. After having a few pest control services come and ring my door bell uninvited, it was nice to find a business that didn't have that high-volume-low-quality feeling, so I highly recommend. All the work was guaranteed for 30 days. The problem was resolved in 30 minutes.
