Quality for a detail (although Autowerx does SOOO much more) shop means 1) The result of literally everything they touch is of the absolute highest grade and people I AM 60 yrs old havs had many of my own businesses and have a LOT of experience in these markets so I know what quality really is. 2) They have the ability and the desire to overcome almost anything that gets thrown at them and do a LOT of this on THEIR dime and without even worrying their customers. I had more then one "special: request that I had otherwise no where else to turn and THEY figured out a way to somehow take care of it AND to their usual high standard. This quality alone my friends stands them in a class by themselves and makes them undeniably worth their weight in gold 3) They stand by their work.... Iain and the entire crew are professional, personable, and always go the extra mile to guarantee that expectations are exceeded. The work has been flawless, when small issues came up with the escort radar, they were quick to troubleshoot and get it resolved. In addition to being skilled technicians, they also pay attention to little things. Case in point: when I picked up my car once after a wash, they pointed out to me a bubble/bulge in my tire, a big deal as I was leaving for a multi-day driving tour. I was able to get it addressed before potentially suffering a tire blow out on a rural road. They are also, to a person, enjoyable and friendly people.
