I had him detail my car. I sent him photos of my car and problem spots that I specifically wanted to get taken care of. He said "we can do that" I can do that", "I will take care of that" etc. I called him for a quote and he said $140. Then at the appointment he said $180. He didn't even touch the main spots I wanted him to look at and he left paint scratches on my car like he was using a wool scrubber. If anything. My car looked worse and smelled like grease and the interior was slimy. This dude is not legit. He asked for payment and I tried to pay with card and he said oh no only cash or cash app or Zelle. I was like dude we talked on the phone you took card payments. He said his phone was broken. I paid $180 after him hounding me for him to grease my interior and water down my car. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Do yourself a favor Do not pay Ali King for detail. He had my car on full blast AC while running for over an hour. By the time he was done, my car had the gas light on. They did a great job cleaning my car. For my Hyundai Elantra I was quoted $150 for interior or $250 to add engine and exterior clean. (Note this doesn't include buffing out scrapes or anything, just cleaning) I requested the full car and it looks great. The clean engine is a really nice touch and worth the extra $100 if you are selling your car in my opinion. He was incredibly responsive and very professional. He was available very quickly and was flexible with times. It was very convenient to have them come out to me to get this done before I sell my car. He accepted payment via Zelle which was very easy. Ali spent 2 hrs total at my house to detail my Landcruiser, including a cut and polish. I am not surprised at the missed spots given the timeline...it would have been an impossible job in that time period. I wanted my car AT LEAST removed of all bird poop and the interior windows cleaned. When I asked for a detail, I wanted a DETAIL. Impeccably clean. that's the definition to me. If you want it done quickly, call Ali. If you want a professional job, maybe call someone else. His auto detailing services were $200 and this is the second time I've used him but this time the job was more challenging. I pointed out a few things I wanted him to pay special attention to in which he took care of. However, after he was finished I had to go back over his work. I messaged them to mobile detail a trailer as a gift for a family member, providing them details about the trailer and a picture. They were quick to respond and came out a few days later. But the service provided can't be described as detailing. They did not message me when they arrived, during, or after to discuss that the job was going to need a different approach. Instead, they proceeded with a wash that did not leave the trailer looking clean. I messaged them to see what happened and they called me to discuss. During the conversation they offered a partial refund which I accepted but the refund has not been provided. In the beginning they would respond to messages the same day but that hasn't been they case since being offered the refund. I had to check in multiple times about trying to get the refund they offered. Currently, it has been over a week since they last responded and I have not received anything. I've tried multiple messages and multiple phone calls (their voicemail isn't setup) but have no response or refund. read more
