Windshield Surgeons don't advertise as others do - they simply rely on Word-of-Mouth; and clearly they don't need to change this model because they're always busy. Why? Because as far as Customer Service and Autoglass services go - they're phenomenal (and no, I don't have shares in this company). I was lucky to have heard about them through a couple of my Cousins who had gotten their Windshield replaced by them weeks earlier. However, being the stubborn person I am - I still called around and collected quotes from 5 different Autoglass Shops to compare. In the end, it didn't matter - Windshield Surgeons came in with the lowest price for the work I needed to have done. Not only that - what impressed me was their impeccable Customer Service. From the moment I called - their Call Centre Reps were extremely friendly but not fake. They were efficient and though you could tell they too were swamped - they patiently answered all my questions and didn't rush me off the phone. They booked me in as early as possible which was for the next day! Then, when I arrived at the shop (South Location in Calgary, AB) the team welcomed me and didn't treat me like another number. Thus causing me to feel relaxed as I waited for my Windshield to be replaced. In the end, their work was perfect and I couldn't be happier. The only reason why I am here now is because of course I got a chip in my windshield the day before last driving on the freeway :-( but my mind is at ease knowing the Windshield Surgeons have my back. Not only did they do a great job, it was quick and affordable and they were so empathetic and caring to the awful situation I was in. They even were able to replace my cracked windshield (stupid jeeps) at the same time. I highly recommend Go Glass and going forward will not go anywhere else. Customer service was top notch. If the sting of having to replace all your cards, licenses, etc. didn't hurt enough, there's a huge gaping hole in your vehicle as well. The day after, I did some calling around and Dominion ended up being the best quote. They were a little far away from where I live, but came recommended. I decided to replace my windshield at the same time as there were two cracks in it and I hadn't had to replace it yet in the six years I've had the vehicle (almost unheard of in Calgary). They were very friendly, did delivery/pick-up from the LRT station and did a great job. They also not only vacuumed the broken glass out of my vehicle but also the floors and cleaned out some of the garbage too (oops). An easy process during a not-so-easy time.

I waited…read morefor a long time for my turn, so I had to miss my Friday congregational prayers, instead I prayed alone in the car, and I was interrupted repeatedly and my car door was opened without seeking permission multiple times during prayers. All the customer service representatives were quite rude with me. Finally someone who called himself "Jay", though briefly he called himself "Jaydico" (the spelling of which might not be accurate). When I asked him about the tire ad, brought his calculator and just punched in how much I would have to pay for a tire or a set of 4 tires, not decribing the brand, tyre time, etc. He simply refused to tell me about the "Tire Sale" which was advertised outside Lube City. I was patient with him and repeated kept asking me about the details of the sale. Rather he kept saying that I need to pay $700+ for tire changes, the details of which he did not describe, while not answering my question. He said the "Tire Sale" ad means that Lube City sells tires, nothing more. When I insisted, he asked me to come to the office to talk about it. I did not see this a reasonable, so I did not follow him. Finally, he askked me to talk to BDM Mr. Javid Hashimi. I asked Mr Hashmi about the ad, and said that they have some good deals at first, but then again started talking about what I would have to pay, rather than describing the advertised "Tire Sale". Then he asked me that give the phone to "Jay", and came back with the same script as "Jay". He started using foul abusive language and asked me to leave. I made notes about the incident and he came back to appease me, saying that he too is a Muslim, talking in a foreign langauge to break a deal. After leaveig, I took a photo of the ad. He quickly came to engage me, but I did not speak with him and left. I just want Lube City to improve customer service for their own good and do not wish any resolution.

After the work was done I had to argue with them to honor their quotes, and they told me they never made the quotes and tried to charge me $217 before fees and taxes. They finally made it sound like they did me a favor and took it down to $175, STILL way more than quotes, but work was done and they had me. Who knew I'd need a written quote for a couple of air filter; (really, $70 for a $20 cabin filter?!?!). DONT GO HERE IF YOU'RE EXPECTONG HONESTY!!!
