Ordered timber tech decking from Joe at contractor sales on 6-26-26 and was told it would be in on 6-30 because there supplier delivers on Tuesdays. I called store on 6-29 to check on order and was told it would be here around 11am. I went to store around noon and Joe was at lunch so another person at the contractor desk tried to locate and couldn't find anything on order so he called distributor and they had no record of order. When Joe got back from lunch he called us and said the product was received by distributor damaged so it wasn't sent. When I asked Joe how come distributor had no record of order he told me that they deleted PO and he had to issue new PO to them. I don't think Joe ever ordered the material to begin with... Honestly I went to QXO because I wanted to give them some business instead of HomeDepot but regret it now. I'd like to receive a call from the general manager at QXO regarding this but I'm not holding my breath. read more

ZERO star review! I went into Diamond to buy paint. (Because I would prefer to buy local) The sign states 15% off select Glidden Paint. As you can CLEARLY see, there is nothing that states what is the selected kind that is eligible for the discount. The picture advertised shows the "spread" as eligible so I assumed it was eligible for the discount but the manager Zoe would not honor the POSTED sign stating that if it doesn't ring up as a promo it doesn't count. Well, how as a paying customer am I supposed to know? I am DONE spending my money at this store and will shop at Home Depot from here on out! Do better Diamond-this town is too small for you to not honor what you ADVERTISE! read more

The carpet installers didn't turn up then when they eventually did they did a bad job. They damaged our screen door. They had to patch the carpet as well. We got a reduction in the price but that doesn't make up for the bad install. read more

I would give them a zero star if I could. I ordered 12 window screens on May 27, and was told it would be 2 weeks. At the end of week 3, I was told they had run out of screen and spline materials, and they expected it to be in the next week. Week 4, they were really busy, and would do them next. Finally got them done in week 5.5, and they were constructed wrong. They put my order behind orders that came in after mine. I finally had to call the manager, still took them another week. Picked them up, and 1) they don't freaking fit; 2) the tabs pulled out while trying to put the screen in; and 3) a corner of the screen and spline popped out. I'm returning them for a full refund. I have only had one good experience there in the 4.5 years that I've lived here. Never again. No more chances. Avoid this business like the plague if you want good quality and good customer service. read more

Went to Diamond the other day to look for some concrete blocks that Home Depot did not have...and low and behold, Diamond had the exact kind we were looking for! Had been going to Home Depot for most things up until now, however after scouting out Diamond, we will be returning here much more often than HD! We have been working on building a shed, and for building materials, Diamond had much more selection of the products we need. They have a huge lumber yard out back of the building, and you can go browse at your leisure. We were looking for the exact blocks we needed, and a helpful employee pointed us right to them, took us to the counter for the UPC code so we could pay, and even helped us load them up in our pickup! Super helpful, great service, and they had just what we needed! It seems like from going to both Home Depot and Diamond, that Diamond has more on the contracting/building end of things, and Home Depot is more for smaller indoors projects. From now on, we are coming to Diamond for the rest of the materials we need to finish the shed project! read more

I went to this establishment on 10/2/22. We went to the flooring department and asked for padding for laminant flooring. The girl basically talked to us like we were stupid and told us there was no such thing. She was talking so fast and acting so strange we left and went to home depot. FYI the staff at home depot were courteous and helpful. We will not go back to diamond for anything we will stick with grovers and home depot. Today my family and I had quite possibly the best customer service experience of our life. Melanie Quackenbush, flooring specialist was professional, knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs. She definitely took the time to help us with our project and all of our questions if she didn't know the answer she found out. Definitely looking forward to working with her more. I bought a England pellet stove from the Klamath Falls store and it has never worked from the time I installed it. It will not lite, so I went through the manual lite procedure, then it would dot feed pellets, now it will not lite nor feed pellets. I talked to one of the store managers and he told me that he would have someone out to fix it by 2-7-19. This did not happen, now the store manager is telling me that they do not offer in home service, but I can trouble shot it and fix it myself. they do not refund the money on pellet stoves. So I have spent $2,000 on a stove that does not and has not worked, I have been told to contact England stove works, which I have and after 20 min on hold they hung up. Normally I don't go out of my way to write a negative review. But I had the worst experience last week. Right in front of the store, were these awesome looking RR ties for $20 a piece - of course, used, but long, square, clean (no dirt), great for landscaping. I also bought $700 worth of treated lumber for a deck. When I went to get loaded, they were wanting to load some broken up, rotted, totally filthy (totally covered in some kind of tan clay dirt) RR ties - not what was being advertised out front - worst I've EVER seen! And they wouldn't sell me the quality they were advertising out front. I went in, got a refund of my entire $700+ order, and went to Home Depot. False advertising & poor customer service! read more

Poor service and management doesn't care. I e-mailed management hoping to resolve a problem with a shorted lumber order. I felt that it would be more beneficial to let them know of the numerous problems I had and correct my shorted lumber order rather than simply write a bad review. I received absolutely no response. Interestingly, when I e-mailed for a quote on this lumber order, they responded within a day. No one knew where anything was. I was sent to several different places when looking for a sillcock/hosebib. No one knew where post levels might be. After searching for about 10 minutes, the manager informed us he was out of them. The person that checked us out wanted me to walk across the store to the lumber yard to make sure that the stakes I ordered were actually the ones I wanted--he didn't want to have to do a return if they were not. I guess that it is better for an old lady to walk across the entire store instead of the kid maybe having to write a refund. But, I had to go back for a refund anyway when the lumber picker could not find the Sika. I was shorted an 8' pressure treated 4 x 4 by the lumber guy. I didn't think I should have to get out of the vehicle to check the count when I only ordered 9 of them. The person who was supposed to check the order as we left the yard just waved us through. In addition, the quality of the lumber is...just not good I truly do not know how this place stays in business. Lazy, slow, incompetent, clueless, and uncaring sales associates. I only encountered 1 competent person (in the plumbing department) among the 7 people I dealt with. I am new in town (and have a lot of remodeling and yard work to do) and like to shop at locally owned stores, but the level of incompetence at Diamond makes me take my money to Home Depot. read more

This is my one stop shop for everything home improvement related and then some. The staff are great here and they appreciate their customers like I appreciate good sales help. You will see smiles on the faces of the employees here now how refreshing is that not so common nowadays but yes the service with a smile does still exist and that adage shines here. Seriously though chances are better than high if ya need it they will have it. many of the locals shop here over the dreaded Home Depot competition down the road and Diamond Hardware is much more convenient for closer to the old town section of Klamath Falls. This huge place is much better than Home Depot because it's both close to town, and the staff are truly friendly and knowledgeable. I hate going to a hardware store and the people just stare when I ask a technical question and are not interested in helping me. These people have really helped this single woman with home improvement projects. I appreciate it. They have nearly everything you can think of in the hardware and building departments, but not such items as home décor (lamp shades), They also will cut items to the needed size or length. read more

Well i liked this store until today. After spending ovet $1000 plus for a woodstove i went to return a $14. Item and could not because it was a clearance item. Come on , its grout someone will buy it. A friend tried helping me out and mistakenly bought grout instead if mortar. I dont need this!! Anyway, lost my business over $14.00. read more
