I had to contact Arrow Fence SEVERAL (way too many!) times, over and over again to hear the sales rep say things "like, oh I forgot", or "manager is out of the office again". Arrow fence would got give a credit or refund! Workers that actually re-installed the fence did a GREAT job, they were efficient, on time and communicated well, almost like they worked for a whole different company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They no longer stand behind their products or their customers! So disappointed in the way things are handled here now. You will get jerked around by the customer service as they run the potential issues and the charge is up to $199 now, used to be $80 for the first hour then they charge $50 for every half hour more. My equipment is faulty and needs constant replacing but why am I paying these fees for them to do that? Just outrageous. BBB here I come.
