The owner and young lady at the front desk are pleasant and the owner was very knowledgeable about my watch and brand. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. How about a ring? earrings? a pin, perhaps?), a couple of other interesting stones (blue zircons; morganite) and a case on the wall with turquoise in blue or orange tones and carved vases made of multicolored jade from Taiwan. Owner is very personable and apparently owns a part share of a cutting service in Thailand; he can tell you all about where the different kinds of gems come from. Some pearls; he didn't have any South Sea black ones out but apparently he does them. Also stocks men's jewelry and watches. All jewelry repairs done in-house. The owner was always very good about being on top of everything and getting your garments back to you right away. Even a couple of times when I forgot I had something there she was great about calling to remind me. The quality was consistently good and I was always pleased with the results of the mending. She even once had to replace some straps on a dress that had been damaged and she did a great job finding replacements that went well with the dress.
