Getting my pedicure with my son taking a nap in the massage chair

Michelle did an amazing job with my acrylic fill set. I went back the next day to get my pedicure done. I felt very comfortable with Michelle and the other nail artists, great vibe. Michelle se habla espanol tambien. I'll be coming back here regularly, I have been struggling to find a nail spot. My fills took and hour and half and my pedicure took an hour. Close attention to detail and great conversation.

Hannah did a great job on my daughter's nails! They worked together on the design! So beautiful!

We had plans to get her nails done somewhere else but they didn't open that morning for whatever reason, so we decided to give Diamond a shot. We had a group of four and it was pretty crowded when we arrived, but we were quickly greeted and the wait was not long. I got a gel manicure, which I've only gotten a couple of times because I usually don't spend a lot of money to get my nails done. It has lasted 2 weeks. I can't believe it and I will probably never get any other type of manicure done. My manicurist was not the most friendly person in the world, but she was not rude either. There was a lady who came in that I can only assume is one of her regular customers, who sat beside me. Instead of talking to me, she talked to her. Kinda awkward. One of the ladies that did both the pedicure and manicure on a friend of mine did not say a single word to her the entire time. Because of the awkward lack of communication, I could not get them five stars. We can talk or not talk, but the awkward silence is in between just made it a little bit uncomfortable. But they did a nice job on our nails.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Hannah is amazing. She nails every design I give her perfectly. The staff is so sweet and nice.

Walk-ins welcome! Great spot to stop by and get pampered. I admire the designs that Yelpers have posted - never gotten acrylics but if I did I would try here..it's nice and quiet for fellow introverts. I got the vocanol pedicure which had a soak, scrub/lotion, hot towel, additional lotion with a slight massage with a basic polish. There's a discount for cash payment. Music playlist was calming and hip house down tempo version of modern songs which I loved. Friendly staff and didn't push services or have any hidden fees/upcharges. read more

I've never had so much fun getting my nails done. The staff is very friendly. Jerry was my technician and he did a great job. I've been in nail salons and they never spoke a word of English. This salon is totally different. They spoke English and their native language but it was a mixture of both. We laughed and it was so relaxing. The place was packed but because they have enough staff everything moved smoothly. I'm going back today. I had my hands and feet done. Great job read more

My mother & I were walk-ins, took a chance and are incredibly happy we did! The young manager & his grandmother were fantastic and friendly. I had a different woman to do my pedicure & she did a great job. It was a nice atmosphere and even though it was bustling with customers, it felt relaxing and quiet. There was no wait time & my mother and I both got undivided attention we needed! Great place!! A little more expensive than expected but definitely worth the price we paid read more

So when I entered the salon there were not many people. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated with our feet soaking in cold water and 2 chairs that would not work. We were moved to another set of chairs where the tech kept sticking her hand in the water and attempting to plug and unplug chair. Then after setting the temp on our own water the tech got me started 45 min later. Time is now 445. She said she had an appt at 5 so she would try to get done. I said I dont want a rush job. Needless to say 3 different techs did my pedicure and 3 different techs did my manicure. All because everyone was in a rush and had appts. We were in the salon 3 hrs and 50 min! Terrible service, terrible techs, have consistently gone down hill. Will absolutely NOT return especially after getting an infection. This place is AWFUL read more

I am reviewing the Goose Creek location. I really only come here...but that is somewhat about location. I think they could freshen the atmosphere. The technicians vary so much...some are great and some just go through the motions. At the same time, I would recommend because they seem to care more now. read more

I went here a while ago back in 2018 or so and as I was only 12 years old I hadn't realized what a good quality set of gel acrylics looked like but looking back on the pictures now I see how lumpy and out of shape they were, not to mention under the first layer of polish the gel wasn't even dry. It's really a hit or miss with this place. read more

I can't not believe the service I got today. This place do not have to even worry about me coming back. In the mist of getting my fill in done by the famous CHRIS.... Him and I going back and fourth the friendly convo like the last two times I've came to him. But today I guess I said something that he didn't like (mind you I don't know what bc he is always playing around) so he gets up and say he'll be right back. Then texts me like he can't do my nails because I messed up his vibe.... what the fucccccccck. Are you serious? I work to hard for my little coins to be just giving them to someone that doesn't respect my time. I didn't get angry I just got my stuff and walked out. Caroline was great, saw what the other salon had done to me (uneven highlights and uneven haircut) and immediately set to work on helping me out. She used a darker overall color to fill in the blonde sections, she checked the color, decided it needed more time, and checked again. I loved that she was this attentive to what I had asked for. After the color was complete, she made sure my hair was dried and styled. I love the dark, richer color that she just knew would be perfect. Kudos to this salon! While Jasmine is very good at the waxing, she is INCREDIBLE at sugaring. I swear it barely hurt, the result was perfect, and I had basically no irritation or ingrowns after. In addition, Jasmine is super friendly and great at giving you warnings to breathe on the more sensitive areas. I am giving 4 stars because Jasmine set the bar very high and I feel like other waxers I have seen at the North Charleston location haven't quite lived up to her standard. They are going through some management and company changes right now, so scheduling can be a bit wonky (I got three separate calls to confirm my most recent appointment, in addition to a text, but when I arrived I was placed with a different specialist than I had booked with), but everyone there is very friendly and apparently they are going to be offering more med spa services at this location very soon. All in, I just purchased a Pink Pass (10 Brazillian Sugaring at $54/ea), so I will be going back to see Jasmine for a while!
