I have been here 3 times for pedicures. Last time I wanted a mani and did the most beautiful purple color. Went today, for my bday and left with clear nails..... somehow only the person who did it last time could provide that particular color. No one could seem to find it. I did acrylic mani and pedi recently on this place. The pedi is top notch. For $35 (no polish), they clean and trim your nails. They scrub, get rid of callous and moisturize your feet. They also give you a massage which to me is super relaxing. Ill go to this place just because of the foot spa. I had my first acrylic and gel experience with Sir Chien I think and it was fantastic. The nail is drilled thin which is how I like it, color is put on perfectly. It was a seamless experience even though it was $65. I gave him a tip because it was really good. The reason I took a star out was because when I came back for a fill, it was $55 and some of my nails are done a little crooked. One side of the nail was filed more than the other but it wasn't Chien that did my nails so next time, Ill just request for Chien. read more

I have been here several times before without issue, but today I had a pedicure done, that lasted approximately 18 mins, I took off the time he had to go do a waxing. He didn't rub all the places you should on a pedicure. One foot was done differently than the other. It was really just a rush job and tip reflected that. I was debating on if I would leave one at all. The people down from me got the same pedicure and getting the full experience I should have gotten. I went here last sat. Not happy with results when I got home. Posted review. Salon dm me next day, apologizes, but offers no services to fix. I removed the acrylic today, took 2 hours, bottle of acetone, nail clippers, a metal cuticle pusher. And MY time. I thought when you go to a salon you pay for their service and you receive what you want. If you expect what you pay for, avoid this place. I've been twice since I moved here from GA. So far they've done a great job, but they charge extra for using more than one color. Listen, I am not the one to complain or leave a bad review but the service i received today is just unacceptable. I went in to get my acrylics off and that is it. The lady soaks my nails and starts to grind the acrylic off, a piece of my nail flys into my eye and my hands are covered in acetone so i was unable to use them. This lady opened my eye and blew in it. Twice. I appreciate the attempt to help but that is so disgusting to me. Next, she cut down my real nail without asking and for me that is the whole point of getting acrylics, to allow my nails to grow. Mind you this whole time she was being rough and careless with my nails, and was basically burning my fingers with her nail tool. She left my nails looking very very messy and just ugly. I then went up to checkout because i was upset and ready to get out of there. The guy who was checking me out looked at my nails and offered to file them some more, which i agreed. But even then, i still left with very messy nails. I am extremely disappointed and will never be going anywhere but my normal nail salon. read more

I came in as spur-of-the-moment on a Thursday around 1130am for a pedicure. There were two manicurists. I had no wait. I chose the more upgraded pedi, with the extra massage and paraffin wax. I don't get this but once or twice a year, since I don't have a lot of time out like this! But my experience was great. The chairs were comfortable, the tubs were clean, the tools were clean. The lady that did my pedi, did a fantastic job. You can't leave a tip on the credit card, so have cash on you to tip. read more

Horrible. The absolute worst nails I have ever gotten. My cousin and I had made appointments and waited for over an hour before we were even asked to sit at a manicurist station. The whole time we were waiting one of the employees was telling people to just come on in, that they were doing walk-ins. I had asked for dip powder and the nail tech didn't even use base powder on my nails, or a top coat powder like many other salons use. My nails starting cracking and losing color the very next day. My cousin wanted gel with a full set. The lady who did her nails was very rude to her and spent over an hour filing her nails, and then again did not use a base coat. Her nails looked horrible as well, and did not last. Usually gel and dip nails last for 2-3 weeks but they didn't even last a couple of days. We both wasted $50-60 on our nails. This is by far the most unprofessional place I've ever been in my life. Within an hour and a half they could not find the first color I wanted, so I said fine we can do a French manicure. Then the French manicure looks all kinds of messed up, and he blamed it on the white powder. So then he had me pick another color that he cannot find either. I do not recommend this place at all. I went here on a Saturday and it wasn't very packed and they started on my nails right away. The acrylic application was very good no complaints there, but when we got to the polish it wasn't good. She put too much on and I had to keep asking her to go back and clean up the edges since polish was on my cuticles and side. My pedicure was very nice happy with it. But overall I would say they are ok if you need someone quick. I wouldn't come here all the time just if I really had too. The environment is very nice and the store was very clean. read more

ZERO STARS!!! I had the absolute worst experience there. I went there to get my nails done for a special occasion. I had a man who was short with me and rude the entire time. He was on his phone the entire time, and randomly would ask me a question about my nails but I didn't know if he was talking to me or to the woman on the phone. He became frustrated every-time he had to repeat himself. He was very hard to understand as well. After he just started doing a couple nails, I told him I didn't like the color. He acted like he didn't understand me or tried to convince me otherwise, and I continued to say I didn't like the color at all because it looked transparent. You couldn't even tell a difference from my regular nail. He continued to talk to me in very broken English, so I thought he was going to paint a different color on at the end. He did not. I told him again I didn't like the color and he ignored me. He gave me the color choices for a pedicure and I said I didn't want one. So he put another sample in front of me. I said I didn't want them done. Then he kept asking if I wanted my eye brows done after I had already said no. I spent a fortune on nails I didn't even like. I left hysterical because I felt so disrespected and taken advantage of. I rarely am able to get out of the house or treat myself on a teacher salary with a newborn. So I'm so upset I wasted my day in that nightmare of a place. I hope no one makes the same mistake. Or else I hope they fire that man! read more

Very cute place, and it was surprisingly nice and clean. I can't tell you how many salons I go to that are messy, even the high-end ones, so I was pleasantly surprised. The nail technician was very nice and did great work. This is what earned the three stars. The prices were too high, unfortunately. The problem is they always give you a price and then add on $5 here and $5 there for things like removing nail polish or fixing a nail. The problem is they don't warn you or tell your first, they just hit you with a huge bill at the end. And that feels dishonest so unfortunately, they only get 3 stars. read more

I was very unhappy with this nail salon. I had the male tech and I told him I just wanted the dip power on my natural nails and a manicure. I never got the manicure, and he continued to put on acrylic nails when I repeatedly said I did not want that. Come to find out he is known for doing that to get paid more. After it happened he was frustrated and was taking off the dip nails too aggressively and made two of my fingers bleed. After the incident, one of the ladies asked why I didn't want fake nails instead of Apologizing. I will not be coming back here and I do not recommend this salon. read more

I don't know why the morons bother to book appointments for 2 simultaneous pedicures!! My husband and I even arrived 10 minutes early. So they put us in the pedicure chairs, make us soak for 10 minutes..... ok...... then do his pedicure while I soak for another 20 minutes!!!! Unbelievable!!!! My feet are shriveled and my rear is numb. It's not rocket science, then I tell the lady why I'm less than happy and she says that that happens when another customer comes in a little earlier than our appointment...... nope! I went to this salon for over the years and Kim the owner did my nails wonderfully. The last several times (3-4) Kim has not been there so several others have done my nails. Over time the service has gone steadily down hill. The technicians are extremely hard to understand, the spend the majority of time while doing your service on the phone, they complain about other customers, they criticize how your nails were done previously (even though they were the ones who did the service) and about 85% - 90% of the time they speak to each other in their native language which I find rude and unprofessional. Of course I under stand occasionally that it maybe required but it should be the exception not the standard. The pricing never seems to make sense from one time to the next. Hard to pay cash (to avoid the extra service charge for using your debit card) if the price changes each time. Ever since Kim has left the cost fluctuates between $40-$57 for the same service. Time to look for a new place. I would suggest going back to the way the place was a few years ago. read more

I have had multiple bad experiences at this place and won't be coming back. The quality of service is just very sub-par. My gel nails chipped after a day of wear, and I work a desk job. When I was getting a pedicure, the technician did not give me a foot massage at all even though it says it's included. She barely took care of the skin around my nails... I can paint my own toenails, I come to a nail spa for a full treatment, exfoliation, massage etc. I have no more chances to give Sassy Me and I would not recommend it. read more

Today was my first visit to Sassy Nails and it will be my last. I prefer "regular" nail polish and the selection was limited, I'd say about 25 bottles. The acrylic/gel/whatever selection was huge though. I went in planning on only getting a pedicure but was asked about 35 times if I wanted a manicure as well. The man who did my mani/pedi cut my toe big time - sorry was all I got from him. After he cut it, he was overly cautious and the nails on the other foot are way longer. The foot scrub took about 3 seconds, the massage about 12 seconds, the entire pedicure was done in about 20 minutes. Before the manicure, I was asked to use hand sanitizer, which I gladly did, but the guy doing my nails did not. I did not realize until after I agreed to the manicure that due to covid regulations there is no hand massage, and I didn't get my cuticles pushed back/cut either, not sure if that is also a covid thing? "Manicure" was done in about 5 minutes. The price was still the same even though the service wasn't. They should have been upfront with the covid restrictions from the beginning and not pushed so hard for me to get a manicure. $46 and including the 10+ minutes under the dryer, I was out the door in under an hour. I didn't see them clean the polish drying area before or after I used it. read more

I went to this nail salon on last Saturday. First, my nail tech consistently used her phone (texting and talking). I didn't get upset about that because I love to use my phone as well. What upset me is that by Monday, my GEL NAILS were chipping. I have never had gel polish that chipped so soon. I went back on Tuesday and explained to them what was going on. Another nail technician polished over my previous layer of gel polish and I thought that I would not have to go back to them for at least 2 weeks. The next day, my polish was clipping AGAIN. Not only that, but one of my nails were lifting. It is now Saturday (7 days since I got my fill-in and gel polish) and I am missing 3 nails and the gel polish peeled off of every nail on my hands except 4 fingers (totaled). I paid $36 for my nails last week ($35 plus $1 for using my card) and now I have to get them done again. Needless to say, I won't be going back! I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone! I want to give 5 stars for the owner but 2 stars for a staff member. I went in with my daughter for a mani/pedi. The owner was kind and patient with my daughter. She did an excellent job and was pleasant and professional. The employee who was supposed to do mine walked in late with a large frown. She proceeded to sit down and start gossiping. She never did introduce herself. She proceeded to do a half-assed job. The job was sloppy and later while cooking with lemons I found she had cut several parts of my cuticles. I have been coming to Sassy Me Nail Salon since it opened in December... nothing but amazing work is done by them. Kim is the owner and she is so friendly, really can tell she cares about her customers satisfaction. I have had several times where I have needed advise on a color or my dry feet and each time the technicians there have been more then welcoming assisting me, either changing a polish color or recommending products that I now use daily. Everything Kim sells is name brand and you can honestly tell it is a product worth the time and money you spent. Henry is my go to nail tech, takes him time and I get nothing but compliments from my co-workers on my nail... the best part, they stay on! I have always had a issue with my acrylic nails lifting or breaking, but when Henry or his daughter Vi does them, they are beautiful. I am glad to have this place to escape to when I need a "me" moment. Strongly recommend. read more
