I've been getting my nails done since 1987 and I must say that this is my WORST experience EVER! I've developed infections on almost all of my nails, especially one. I'm not sure if she used super glue or not, but the nails would not come off and not only did it pull my own nails off, but it pulled the skin off under the nails. I have a Dr's appointment to fix this problem that will be costly. I'm very upset and disappointed at the fact that this has affected the health of my nails and the experience was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I should have known when I walked out with 3 bloody cuticles! NEVER AGAIN! The problem with this establishment is they overbook and try and help too many people at one time. You'll sit there for 2-3 hours. It should have been a sign right away. I used to be a regular here but I quickly learned that Lynn, the "owner" does not honor her work. She will press you to get the most expensive thing, probably "dip nails" but they DO NOT hold up at all!!! I gave her 3 times in a row to get my nails right and she just could NOT do it. I called to ask her if she would re-do all the nails that were just cracking and falling off and she told me that she was NOT the owner. It seems to me that is a lie and she pretends not to be in order to get around things. I also have a close friend that came here early in the businesses days and now the owner is Extremely rude and condescending to her. I'd like to think I know a thing or two when it comes to getting your nails done at a salon. I have been to many different salons and have experienced everyone's own way of doing gel, powder, tips, manis, pedis, and all that good stuff. And I am all about preserving your natural nail as much as possible. When I came here cause I didn't feel like driving all the way to my usual nail place, my initial impression was good, they were very nice and welcoming. All I was getting was powder off and new powder on today. Instead of soaking the nails to melt the powder away they took the MOST ABRASIVE drill they had to get the powder of my nails. I wouldn't let them do it to my other hand. And told them that I wanted it soaked off. My nail beds actually hurt after that. They soaked the rest off and redeemed theirselves. But their powder application was poor. The place could be great! It's in a good location, they just need to up their skills. And learn some better processes. read more

I've been using this salon for over a year. I get dip/sprinkle manicures, and they hold up beautifully. So strong- and I am very hard on a manicure. Once or twice I've cracked a nail (loading supplies for work) and they have fixed it quickly with no issue. Great color options, designs, chrome, ombré. Fast service and fair pricing. Decent experience. Like another review says.. regular pedi does include scrub, paraffin, hot stones, hot towels. It was clean and they use tub liners which I like. I felt very rushed though. With all of the things included in a pedi I was still finished with polish and all in about 30 minutes. I would have preferred a little more time to relax and enjoy the experience. I had a mani/pedi today at this Salon. The technician was very nice and professional. I checked out before getting my nails done and used a gift certificate for part of it. When I was getting ready to leave, my tech brought the certificate to me and said it was expired and requested I pay the difference. This was after it was accepted and the remaining balance and tip had already been paid. Based on the chatter that went on I can guess it was demanded at the owner's direction. Accepting a form of payment and then rejecting it 30 minutes after the bill had been settled is ludicrous. I paid the cost of the gift certificate to avoid the tech from having to cover it. Although in hindsight, the tech was the one who accepted it in the first place. The gift certificate was expired by two weeks. Apparently that matters more to the owner than building customer loyalty. I will not return. read more
