I've gone here quite a few times and I always have a great experience! The staff is friendly and welcoming from the moment that you walk in. I usually tend to get a pedicure and if I'm on a time crunch I get the polish change on my toes. If you're in the area and looking for a new nail salon to try I would definitely suggest coming here! This little nail salon opened up walking distance from my home. As I had been traveling quite a ways for my nails prior to their opening, this was a delightful surprise. Since I can no longer grow nails due to chemo side effects, my dermatologist recommended my going for a 'dip', as she with weak nails herself goes religiously. Stepped into this place, and I found Kelly. She is fantastic, as are the others I've had, and such a tiny-fingered and gentle artist. A bit pricey (to me), but I guess pretty standard. They do a great job, Luke is who I been seeing the last two Times I've gone. They put up with me and all my little OCD request. The only reason that made i give a 4 star is that me and Luke can't understand one another, and it's very hard for me to tell him what I want. Would give zero stars if I could. Every time I come here the prices increase. I went here for a gel refill and it was $70! Usually I get a pedicure too but today I was pushed for time. Tried to pay with a gift certificate that I received come to find out it expired last month. I've never heard of a gift certificate with an expectation date. I spoke to the manager and she said there's nothing she can do it's expired, with her nonchalant attitude. Just bad business, take if from me go where you feel appreciated and not charged extra for breathing a certain way! read more

Absolutely wonderful experience! First time here and they squeezed me in for a pedi right before closing. I had Anna and she was so sweet and polite, even though my legs needed shaving‍ if u have rough heels like me pay the extra $5 for the callus removal...SO WORTH IT! read more

This place is TERRIBLE! I went to get my nails removed (dip) and this man was terrible!! On 3 of my nails he STUCK a nail tip UNDER my acrylic part to POP it off!! This ripped my real nail to the skin! After many fail attempts, he tried to remove the rest off with foil, cotton balls, and acetone (how you would usually do it) but he did not leave it on for long enough therefore he tried getting the rest off with a drill which burned me because he would leave it in the same spot for too long and press too hard! After this, I went to another technician and she got it off fine! I believe this depends on which nail tech you get, but mine was terrible and should NEVER work again So I'm warning you to not go to this TRASH piece of CRAP I HOPE THEY SEE THIS read more

This was my first time going and I got the pedicure with hot stones and callus remover. I didn't get the young man's name, but he did a great job! I was impressed, actually. The people were nice, the massage was great and the paint job on my toes was neat! I'm planning to return and hope they continue to meet my expectations! read more

Chloe and the staff here are ALWAYS wonderful. This is my go-to nail salon. I first came here because they are OPEN on SUNDAYS, but I keep coming back because they are professional, friendly and fun. I have seen a few new faces working here lately, but there is still the core staff. I am a fan of "plain" nails," but I have seen some great work with dips, gels, and acrylics as well. Although they do a good job I will never go back. Called to make an appointment because we were on a tight schedule for a school dance. Was told not to come for 9:00 when they open because sometimes they open late. Made a 9:30 appointment. The place was full when we got there. Did not get taken until 45 minutes after our appointment. Had to cancel the manicure because we didn't have enough time. Will find another more reliable place for mani and pediatric. read more

I should've made this review ages ago, the service here really deserves the public kudos. Hands down the best pedis I've ever gotten and I've been getting them regularly for 20 years. They take their time, the pedi not only looks good but feels amazing. The color selection is more than adequate, they always offer something to drink, and are very communicative about shape and asking if I am satisfied. They also offer a heated neck pillow but I decline as I'm sensitive to certain essential oils and it's is scented with them. Just something to note if you are sensitive also. The crazy thing is they are never busy and I never have to wait! I've had several different nail techs for my pedis but Anna is absolutely amazing and Adam is awesome as well. I've been to many nail salons on the North Shore and this one is by far the best! I usually ask for Luke but I've had others and they are all great. I get the dip nails and they do an excellent job. Your nails don't look too thick at all. They always come out perfect! Only one person will work on you and not jump around to other customers. They give you all of their attention, which i think is great and not very common in most nail salons. They treat their customers well. They also give the best pedicures! read more
