Very Spa like inside and I got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure they take you into a little section where it feels like you are by yourself with the Spa music super relaxing. It was a hour long pedicure at least. The manicure wasn't as nice and she didn't soak my nails or anything. It was out in the open and very loud with haircuts going on and people coming in and out. The polish didn't last long. She did scrub my hands because of my dry skin which made a huge difference. I love the lady that did it she was so sweet. I will never forget the experience. read more

Massage itself was good, but I must bring down to 1 star due to noise. I even informed therapist I am sensitive to noise. Put in a room that shared paper thin walls with reception. I could hear every word and cough (every minute cough btw) by receptionist. The last thing anybody wants to hear is chatter during a massage. As soon as I said I was sensitive to noise, therapist should have been moved to one of the open rooms across the hall as I know she can hear it. Will not return. I tried to reach out to the owner and address, but she doesn't call back promptly. She may have tried to call weeks later, but did not leave a voice message. read more

As soon as I called to inquire about a massage today I was greeted with such a kind and warm tone that followed throughout my entire experience. The front staff is lively, helpful and extremely informative, which is always amazing since they are usually the first impression. The best part of my experience was my massage with Kristina! I chose a customized massage since I needed a mixture of moderate to hard pressure in certain areas. She was phenomenal! It was by far the best massage I have ever received in my life. She was so conscious of what she was doing. Made sure I felt comfortable enough to tell her when to apply more pressure and when not to. Before she moved on to other areas of my body she asked if there was anywhere I'd like her to spend more time on before we moved on and I thought that was so admirable. I didn't feel rushed. This place is seriously one of a kind! I was visiting my mom, who surprised me by treating me to a facial. Now.. I get facials a few times a year, so I know what to expect. This place blew me out of the water - seriously, it was the BEST facial I've ever had! Nothing felt rushed. The room was so relaxing with essential oils and peaceful music. The esthetician checked in on me to make sure the products felt okay, and I received a thorough consultation about my skin. This was not a basic facial by any means; it truly felt tailored to my skin and what I needed. I seriously didn't want it to end! everyone here was nice. They offer something to drink & cookies. one station (where you let hair develop) was in a circular fashion so you could chat as your hair color takes. Seemingly a lot of regulars, the day i went there were an even number of young/Middle Aged ladies and older ladies. my only true complaint is that they don't ask if you want all of the extras such as glazes and bonders (that are all up charges)....Instead they just do them , and then charge you at the end. As long as you are ok with that it's a great place. I had to go back the next day to get my cut corrected to my liking bc after sleeping on it for a night i realized it wasn't as short as i wanted. They were REALLY nice about it and didn't blink an eye. My hair stylist was nice and chatty. She decided the next day with zero charge (of course i have another tip though for her time) The receptionist was super nice and they have a great selection of shampoos,perfumes, natural smelly oils, evens product called isotonix for inflammation and cell rejuvenation! My color and cut was $245 plus a tip Break down: All over color $80 Few highlights $70 Haircut $50 (Upcharge) color bonder $20 (Upcharge) glaze conditioner $25 Pricey yes. But they have different levels of experience as far as stylist go, so that you can choose and get a cheaper price with a stylist who has less experience. I'd come back here again and will try the lower end stylist to see the difference. I'd probably get the color bonder again bc my color normally comes off on my bath towel for a week. It only came off the first shower and then no longer. The glaze just made my hair shiny and i don't care a ton of my hair is super shiny so I'd save the money on that the next time. This is a really nice spa, but what sets it apart is the pedicure. They put you in a private area, turn down the lights, recline your seat so you are practically laying down and the magic begins... The decor is beautiful, very clean, and a super relaxing environment. Everyone who works here is incredibly nice and friendly. They are very helpful, very accommodating and make sure that you receive the highest levels of service. I got the 60 minute Doterra Aromatherapy Massage and I cannot praise my therapist Tracy enough for how wonderful she is. On my first night of vacation I pulled a muscle in my neck/back area. My first full day of vacation was spent inside with ice and heat instead of out at the beach enjoying the day with my family. I knew I had to get my neck issue resolved ASAP and called A Perfect Face Day Spa. They were very cordial and kind on the phone and were able to get me an appointment the same day (i called at 10:20 and was in by 10:45) I opted for a 45 minute neck and back massage. I was with Victoria, and let me tell you, she's a miracle worker. I left fully able to turn my head both directions (which I could not do upon my arrival). She had just the right touch and was professional, kind, calm and soothing. The spa itself was beautiful, very clean, calm and welcoming. They offer complimentary beverages and light snacks. I had an appointment to get my hair done at another location (never knew a perfect face did hair) at 9 am. Long story short, The lady there told me she couldn't give me high lights or the cut I wanted so I ended up walking out extremely upset. My friend recommended A Perfect Face to see if they could get me in. The front desk was SO helpful and pleasant!!! They were able to fit me in with Jen(who is absolutely amazing at what she does) Jen was able to give me the light blonde high lights I wanted and the cut I wanted as well!! I was very disappointed with the massage I received. The masseuse only used one hand to do my entire massage. The massage was very uneven. For example what she did on the right side was completely different on the left side. Half way through the massage he had to stop to go use the bathroom which I guess is ok but she came back talking and did not stop. Very disappointed. I decided to take my parents to Ocean City for a fun and relaxing weekend. I relied on Yelp to tell me whether or not this place was a reliable place to come to to get a massage. Considering I am commuting 3-5 hours way to get a massage and come for a relaxing weekend, I thought I would give it a chance. After reading the reviews on Yelp and calling in and speaking to Allison and the owner, I couldn't be happier. The amount of respect, and hospitality I got made me feel even more conformable to make a reservation. The staff (Allison) knew what she was talking about and made sure my parents came in feeling comfortable and ready for their massage. I felt good knowing that I came to the right place thanks to Yelp and contacting this spa. After my parents had their massage, they were so pleased. They not only gave coffee and cookies etc before waiting for their appointment, but they even were given a cute "appreciation" gift afterwards. I really like this spa. The customer service is always really good, and I've had two massages there, a hair cut, and a facial- all were quite good. I especially enjoy the 50/50 facial and massage! To the other reviewer- Ann K.- I think I may have had the masseuse you are talking about the first time I went there. The second one was one of the best I've ever had. Can't remember her name, but she was pretty young, mid- to late-20s I think. Only criticism of the spa is that I wish their prices were a bit lower to better accommodate more of the residents that live in the area. read more
