I'd give them no stars if I could. To start, my appointment was at 2pm; I was not seated until almost 2:30 while a walk in was seated before me. I came for a powder-acrylic take off and no chip manicure. When I was finally seated, the girl goes to shove a nail tip between the acrylic and natural nail! Why would I pay for my nails to be damaged in a painful and unnecessary way? I then asked for them to be soaked and filed off. The girl complained repeatedly about how thick the nails were and how soaking would take so long. After leaving my nails for almost 15 min and moving on to a different customer, Tony then took over. After also complaining about how thick they were and how long it would take, he then proceeded to shove nail tips under and rip off the nails leaving my natural nails damaged, weak, and in pain. He stated that that was the only way they'd come off, which is completely untrue. The manicure was decent quality. Not worth $40 and especially to sit there and have gross and uncomfortable comments made the entire time from a grown man and employee, as well as being touched on the arm and shoulder multiple times. He also repeatedly stopped doing my nails to stare and make some sort of comment about my appearance. It was a very uncomfortable and gross experience. I will never be returning to diamond nails. My only other experience here was once for a set of nails, but I walked out after not being seated over an hour after my appointment time. Do NOT give them your business!! I love this place. Very relaxing and friendly staff. I recommend Tony to do your mani pedi. He does an amazing job. He's fast but does not do a rush job. He's also excellent at free handing designs on your nails. read more

Very rude. Would not recommend this place. Was using my main language which is sign language and the ladies doing our pedicure were so disrespectful making comments as I was trying to talk with my friends. As I kept asking her to warm up the water since it was cold- she would roll her eyes and scoff. Pedicure was awful and polish didn't last. They removed my gel polish with a drill/ which damaged my nails. Supposed to soak it in polish remover to peel it off. Was charged $50 for pedicure with regular polish. $10 of that was to remove the gel polish which basically ripped my nails off. read more

Had the pedicure the chair was amazing! However everything else not so much I can give myself a pedicure better she rushed through the service, I went for the massage of the pedi... Massage what massage a complete waste of my time and money she petted my legs and called that a massage I would not recommend this to anyone if u want a acrylic set go there otherwise don't go. read more

They only get a 1 star because you can't get a 0. Service is just ok, quality is alright other than the fact they use MMA (Methyl Methacrylate-which is sold on the black market) for acrylics. If you know anything about nails you know this is not good! Causes itching, craking of the cuticles and bleeding, swelling in fingers, peeling of skin and nails, and loss of feeling that can be permanent, and pussy blisters under the nails. STAY AWAY. I got my nails done 3 days ago. About 5 hours after I got them done my fingers started swelling and itching. It wasn't so bad the first day but the second day was hell. My fingers were so swelled and itchy I could barely do anything. The third day I developed fluid filled sacks of puss under and around each nail. Definately not okay. Hurts to touch anything or do anything, which doesn't work for me since I am a full-time student and I work 2 part-time jobs and am always using my hand. The worst part is, this isn't the first time this has happened, and it only happens at this specific salon. The first time it happened when I got my nails done here it was a new guy who was just starting to I figured oh well he's just learning, so I gave it another shot. Nope. Same effect. Only at this salon, nowhere else causes this sort of reaction. I've gotten my nails done a few times at other places and this doesn't happen. I fully intend on going back and getting my money back. DO NOT GO HERE. They don't change anything out or clean anything between customers. Yes, I agree the complimentary bottle of water is a nice gesture, and the pedicure area and techniques are good but don't let a little flattery cover up what is really going on here. If you're wanting somewhere that will give you good, quality acrylic nails, expect to spend upwards of $60.00, not $25. If that's what you're looking for, go to Exposure. Only place in the county that will give you good quality nails. Will be a few extra bucks, but 110% worth it. Never sacrifice quality for price. Cheaper, not always better. Terrible customer service! Walked in and waited at least 10 minutes before someone came to the front desk. They were not very busy that day and there was only two people getting their nails done. The older man walked up to the counter and, very rudely, told us to sign in and pick a color and he walked away Waited another 5-10 minutes and nobody came and got us. We walked right out. They need practice on gel manicures. My nails are lumpy and not perfect by any means which is important bc it lasts so long. I'd try a diff place unless all you want is a pedicure. That was fine. The first time I went here no one ever told me to sign in nor was there a sign saying to do so. I sat and waited and when the lady started calling names I realized there was a sign in sheet. I told her I wasn't aware and that several people came in after me. She put me at the end of the list and said it'd be an hour wait and to come back at 5. I showed up at 5 and she told me it'd be another 45 mins wait. I waited and got my mani/pedi but really didn't like the way they handled that. I have gone back since then at down times to avoid another crazy wait situation. Today I called ahead and asked what time they'd be closing. They said 6pm. I asked if I could come at 5 and they said yes, we'll be open until 6. I get there at 5 and the lady tells me they're closing at 5:30 and can't take me. I told her I called and spoke to someone who told me they'd be closing at 6. She didn't seem to care. She said come back on Tuesday. I like the way my nails come out here but their wait time and inconsistent service makes me question whether or not to continue giving them my business. Not to mention I'm 8 months pregnant and they didn't feel bad turning me away after they confirmed they'd be open. Absolutly horrible. Went to get a polish change and I brought in a nail strengther to apply before polish. The girl insisted that she put the white french coat first. I insisted that she apply the nail strengther and she yelled at me "You customers come in and think you know but you dont but I guess I'll do it that way but its not right" and kept beraiting me in front of the whoke salon. I wanted to walk out but of course I paid and tipped her before the polish. She then started mocking me and talking about me in Vietnamese which you didnt need to know the language to know she was talking about me. I will never go into this place again! read more

Me and my grandma went here for some girl time and we were not very pleased. I got an acrylic fill and pedicure while she got a manicure. We both had men, she had an older man and me a younger one. My grandma complained about her man being to rough with the cuticuls and my man did not want to listen. I asked my man to just paint the tips of my nails but he said that would cost $5 extra which I thought was ridiculous so i told him never mind and to just paint the whole nail. Then when shaping my nails i repeatedly asked him to make them square but he had to redo them all because he didnt listen and made them all square. read more

Okay. After waiting 20 mins sans a crowd for a pedicure, I was taken to a comfortable & clean area and given a bottle of water. I opted for the Deluxe Pedicure, $40. The process was rushed but would have been a good experience if the tech hadn't rushed through the process and had given a real massage. I know my feet are a challenge but the idea of leaving dry skin on a customer's little toes, both, after removing the dead skin with salt, implements and paraffin wax is simply unacceptable. Additionally, when I brought the neglected pinky toes to my tech's attention, he laughed (Umm. ..there went his tip!). He made a half-assed attempt to fixed the neglected toes; however, the toes were still rough. The polish job with diluted polish was okay...good thing I picked a neon pink. Makes no sense to allow a customer to leave with smooth skin from the knees down except for the skin atop each pinky toe. I was so hopeful for this place due to its location and since I have taken to paying for pedicures rather than doing my own pedicures. As a beauty service provider, I'd never allow a customer to be serviced as I was serviced. If this is what they do for a "Deluxe Pedicure" I'd hate to see the crap they do for $25. read more

I was referred to this salon by a friend for a pedicure, perhaps she had a better experience. My sister and I had to wait about 40 minutes, which I understood, they we're busy. When it was my turn, I was walked back to the pedicure area. It was very nice, seemed clean. I watched an associate "clean" the pedicure chair by rinsing it. That right there should have made me leave. When my pedicure started, I was asked if I wanted the razor. I was under the impression that this was not allowed to be used in nail salons...? I declined and the pedicure began. I could have done a better pedicure at my own home for free. Their was absolutely no massage, no scrub, the rough spots were not scrubbed down. My sister sat and waited during my entire pedicure for hers' to begin. They even let her tub overflow, and her shoes got all wet. I was really dissapointed in Diamond Nails, I will not being going back. read more
