The nail techs always take their time and I leave happy with my nails.

A few days later, I noticed the nail tech had cut my nails in a way that caused them to curve in, leading to infections in both my big toes within a week. I've been in pain since and now need to see a doctor because the infection hasn't subsided. I called the salon to inform them and requested to speak to the manager. The man who answered said the manager was not there and insisted I come in so they could see my toes before I went to the doctor. I explained that I just wanted to inform the manager about what happened to prevent it from happening to others, whether due to poor training or dirty tools, and that I did not want anything in return. I asked him to take my information and have the manager contact me when available. He then said, "OKAY BYE," without taking my info and hung up. I'm writing this review because I'm not sure my concern was or will be conveyed to the business owner, who I hope would want to know about this issue to rectify the problem for future patrons. This is not to be malicious but to warn others that this could happen to you, and you might want to consider a different salon. I've been getting my nails done regularly for years and wanted to find a new salon near my new home. This was my experience. Please don't go here this has gotten so bad. Then our manicures began, my friend chose a regular manicure and I chose a no chip. These seemed rushed as the salon was getting busier and there was no on else working. My friends regular manicure looked great except for some uneven strokes across the nails. My no chip wasn't done with much care or consideration. The nail polish was applied in uneven coats, thin layers, rushed curing under the lights, and very rough work around the cuticles. I would not return back to the salon based on my experience with the no chip. I am used to the no chips lasting at least 2 weeks, this has already begun to chip. Pictures included are my right and left hand, 4 days after nails were completed.
