She was frequently rude, used inappropriate language, and appeared more focused on her phone than on providing proper care. Additionally, her conduct toward my spouse was unacceptable and made us very uncomfortable. This is not the level of service we expected when entrusting your company with the care of a loved one. If this is representative of your standard of care, we would strongly recommend others consider alternative options.
