I recently moved to Sherwood, AR. Needed to transfer my care quickly and gain needed referrals for specialist. I was able to get an appt at Primary Care 360 in less than a week! I was blessed enough to have been seen by Julia Chambers, CNP. She truly listened to me, addressed ALL of my needs, concerns and health issues both past and newly developed. She saw me as an individual, not a diagnosis and took time with me. She was caring, knowledgeable, proficient, insightful, encouraging and well, I truly can't say enough about her. She is now my chosen PCP and I wouldn't have it any other way. The staff at Primary Care 360 were kind, considerate and professional. The facility is always clean and clear from clutter. The aesthetic is nice and simple. I happen to like simple and think so many doctors offices these days spend too much time on their offices and less time with their patients. At the beginning of the year, I met with a representative from Hurley so that I could pay whatever was needed to insure that was not a balance left when my deductible was met. I paid this amount at each visit. When I finally met my deductible, I was told there was a balance that I had to pay in addition to my 20% co-pay. Now, the day before my next appointment, I get a call telling me that there is a "temporary insurance glitch" on their end and I will not be able to receive my 20% co-pay for this visit either, but will have to pay an out-of-network deductible! I have already paid more than I would have paid as a cash patient all year! This is not okay! I was also told that it is "new policy" to keep credit card information in the computer system so that you no longer have to sign for the payment. When I asked to have my information removed from the computer system, I was told that they were unable to do that and would have to contact the IT company that handles their system to see if they could do it and they would call me back. I have not received any notificationn that this has been handled. Since the management change, the chiropractor and massage therapist I have seen for years are no longer at Hurley. My complaint is not with the new chiropractor or massage therapist, but with the business side of the practice. After years with Hurley, I am sad to say that I will be looking for a new chiropractor cliic where I feel my interests can be better served.

Of all of the places I have been, PTI Sherwood is the best value for my time and money with exceptional outcomes and conveniently located to where I live. This is important because we all have a choice where to go to physical therapy. At PTI- Sherwood, my physical therapy treatment has targeted my head, neck, shoulders, overall strength and balance, and vestibular (ear) function to help with dizziness. Besides working on the equipment, my physical therapy treatment plan has included cupping, traction, and massage. How PTI-Sherwood is the best: 1. The facility is extremely clean and modern. 2. The equipment is new, versatile, and easy to use. 3. The vibe is great: The atmosphere is cheerful, even among the other patients. 4. My treatment plan challenges me just enough to ensure that my conditions improve and outcomes are exceptional. 5. My physical therapist, Jordana, makes sure I am progressing and not stagnating at my physical therapy appointments. Scheduling PT is pain-free thanks to Dani who always has a smile and a willingness to work with all of your scheduling needs. This is a big deal to me because at other places, scheduling has been unnecessarily difficult. They also have an Occupational Therapist that I've seen working with people for hand and arm things.
