Diamond Storage is competitively priced and the epitome of professionalism and customer service. We found out at 9pm on a Wednesday that we were going to need two 10'x20' storage units in less than 12 hours. Because of their affiliation with Self Storage, I was able to book the units over the phone, even though every storage facility in the valley was closed. They opened the earliest of all locations--7am--and allowed for 24/7 access, rather than locking down at 10pm. The customer service was amazing. Arrangements were made to give us the first month free on both units, as well as a third unit when it looked like we were going to need to expand. Then they didn't penalize us at all when we ended up not needing the third unit! They went out of their way to get the units right across from each other, which proved to be crucial to the following week that we spent organizing everything. There is nothing more we possibly could have asked for. The facilities were clean and safe. The staff were professional and courteous and took every opportunity to go above and beyond. We even had a good time joking with the other patrons while we did our work :) The next time I need storage, this is the company I will call. I would be a fool to waste time and money anywhere else. read more

I contacted the facility today, was never spoken to so rudely in all my life , asked for the manager.. refused .......than ask the persons name I was talking to AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME, MY VEHICLE IS NO LONGER IN THEOR FACILITY AND CHARGED MY CC FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH!!! Twice now I've gone there before they've closed and their doors are locked. But the sale is in person only. Yall are a joke. If you don't want to service your customers in person then allow us to apply online. Smart one. Jesus!! So when you gonna pay for my gas to drive there just to have to come back another day? I can't call because it goes to an answering service who can't give me the rate bc it's IN PERSON ONLY. Now I know why yall have such great rates. Bc ur service otherwise is such crap that's the only way u can get customers to come in. WHOEVER works here (especially the manager) needs to go. I just wanted to give a shout out to the super helpful team that assisted us with getting into our car on a cold night at 1:30 am. Unbeknownst to us, our kids had left the key locked in the car when they left it in our storage unit a few weeks ago and we did not have an extra key. Francis and John were working the night shift with the airport shuttle and spent half an hour trying to help us get into our car. We finally had success and were very grateful. They were so patient with us and we really appreciate it. We always have good experiences with the shuttle drivers when we fly back into Salt Lake and take the airport shuttle to our storage unit. read more

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The front office workers are only over parking and they can never help you if you need anything related to your storage unit. My storage unit got broken into and no one was around or available to help me access my unit with the different lock they had to put on it. And, obviously their "security" is little to be desired if people can get access and brake into units so easily. You're better off using storage just about anywhere else... read more

Terrible storage unit facility - DO NOT RENT from here. My family's stuff got stolen from here this month and we are getting NO HELP from management. Honestly it seems like management stole it: the things that were stolen were not just expensive, but they were family heirlooms passed down from generations. Management has refused to be helpful with the investigation and they do not care at all. TWO other units were broken into a week before and they did nothing. They claim to be 24 hour access. The gate is always broken and your code won't work. Every Time you want to enter you need to call, wait on hold, select the location. Sometimes they won't answer, sometimes it goes to voicemail. For $165 a month this should not be an issue. I went to the office at 7pm on 7/21 and the (non) gentleman working there said there was nothing he could do about the gate not working and I would need to come back tomorrow. I call the phone number a third time and Chris answers & asks if I want him to open the gate? This place is such a pain in the ass don't waste your valuable time and money here. read more

Pros: close to the airport with shuttle service. Cons: the office is not open on Sundays. Access 10pm-7am is forbidden (as of now). Units take a LOT of dust (the storage doors are not well sealed). Mice infested. Sliding door to enter the premises was not operational for a while. Would not pro-rate last month's rent, when they told me explicitly so when I moved in. Customer service is scarily disorganized. They won't be able to find anything about you after you have notified them that you moved out and they were not even able to acknowledge that I had rented a unit for one year. read more

BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY! The storage unit I rented here was broken into and completely cleaned out and everything stolen. The facility managers were unable to find any video footage or anything to help assist in the recovery of the items, even tho I was assured before I rented the space that they had top notch security. And on top of that, I hear from the detective that there have been multiple unit break-ins at this facility over the last several months. Don't take the chance storing your stuff here, management will do nothing to resolve your issues. read more

If i could give a lower review i would, i have had nothing good to say about this place, My unit was involved with a fire that happened, we were never informed about it, our unit was flooded, and covered in ash, all my furniture smells like smoke and will never be able to be used, we asked a a new unit and was denied, about a month later it was broken into on a Wednesday we were told on Friday, crack heads live in their units and run air conditioners and heaters with car batteries. The G.M. has always been rude and every time i go in there he calls me a bitch to my face, so i now record every visit. This place has been a nightmare to say the least. Do your self a favor and go else where because the price you pay is not worth it. I'm about to let my unit go as nothing inside is worth saving... These people are not nice and i can never get a hold of them to even pay my bill. I tried to set up an auto payment and they refused. I personally think they are behind a lot of the robberies that happen there and are very sheisty... I don't trust them at all!!! Save your self the hassle and just go to a different place read more

If you're willing to shell out good money to store your useless junk, it might as well be at Diamond. It's clean, neat and secure. Also it's a good place to store a car close to SLC International Airport if you come and go from SLC a lot. read more

If i could give ZERO stars i would. This place is impossible and incompetent at best. They use a call center so contacting anyone on-site is not an option. They lose keys, cars, - no one knows anything. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

If you are looking for a great place to store your items Diamond Self Storage is defiantly the place to go. They get you set up right away, and into a unit. The service there is just excellent. I do recommend you getting a storage unit from this guy named Delmar, he helps you get into a unit as fast as possible. This place is an A in my book. read more

I moved over the summer so I had to stash my apartment. I got a pretty easily accessed unit with a side door which was nice. A few problems with pests. Mouse droppings and ants. I had to spray all over the place myself, but since I had moved stuff in already I didn't want to change units. That particular unit on the end was not sealed in the corners and I had to close off the holes with spray foam. I had to accommodate a lot of things myself even though I informed the staff about them. If you use this storage you might get a good buy, but be prepared to get what you pay for. read more
