We are being charged $35 a month for a service we never signed up for and I haven't been to your place of business. Called several times and left a message. Reported fraud to the credit card company but you keep attempting to charge my card every month. please stop the fraudulent charges. read more

The equipment malfunctioned while washing my car. I called the emergency number listed on the interior of the car wash. An attendant came right out, reset the system, had me drive around to re enter the car wash. He asked me what package I purchased, I told him, and he entered a code into the payment machine. He warned me that it could happen again, but I took my chances, entered the car wash and all went well. My car always comes out looking like someone washed it by hand. Paid 14$ and gave the guy a cash tip. The truck didnt even come out clean there was still stuff on my windows and when I got out there was still dirt on my truck I ended up having to go through the self serve for 3.50$ so it ended up being a 20$ car wash and it's still not clean I only had time to do one side of my truck. It stinks! Left soap all over the back of my truck! Leaves bad water spots if you don't wipe it down right away.

Excellent automatic car wash. Open 24/7. I was very pleased at the job it did getting rid of a ton of road salt and slush.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!!! Very poor response when their defective equipment damaged my truck. Went in for a carwash and the automatic wash trolley pushed my truck out of the rails and into the dryer causing over 1800 in damage (brand new truck!). Spoke with owner and met with him at the site. He seemed receptive... at first... to doing the right thing. Luckily I took photos of the damage to the truck as well as photos of their (defective) equipment. The rail that the tires roll in were worn, cracked and clearly have not been maintained in years. My truck has (stock) all terrains on it (Goodyears, nothing too aggressive) and it is clear that as the truck was pushed forward through the wash, the side of the tire caught on the defective rails and was pushed out of the rail as the tire rolled on the excessively worn rail side into the dryer, crushing the front fender. The owner and his shady insurance company denied any liability so I had to get it fixed on my insurance with a 1k deductible. I guess their contention is that I intentionally put the truck in drive, turned the wheel hard left and accelerated out of the rails; that did NOT happen! They also had the nerve to claim that my truck damaged their dryer! Luckily I took photos and there is clearly NO damage to the dryer whatsoever (the owner saw this as well, but still allowed his insurance to make this fraudulent claim to avoid responsibility). I recently contacted the owner to ask him to do the right thing and cover the deductible only, and offered to provide any documentation to prove that I'm not looking for anything but to recover my losses caused by their defective equipment (I didn't even ask for a refund on the wash!!!). Owner said he'd "talk to his lawyer" and get back to me in a day or two... crickets. I tried calling back and it now appears he blocked my calls. Now I am forced to take them to court to recover the losses. All this for a quick carwash... AVOID THIS PLACE, and good luck if they damage your car too, you'll need it! read more

they are the only carwash in town, and their service shows it. they have a 'satisfaction guaranteed' sign, but try asking for a second run when your car comes out still dirty. like pulling teeth from a hungry bear. instead, try the place in glastonbury on main st. they really work hard to get your car clean the first time. read more

I made the mistake of using my debit card to rinse off my loaner car before returning it to the shop. I rinsed the car for 1:40 by the installed timer and was billed $15. This is theft plain and simple. I will drive to Kansas before using them again. Dave P. read more

Took my mini here for the first time today. Was very happy with the service of the employees at the car wash. They did a very thorough prescrub before i went through the automatic wash. My mirror came out a bit worse for wear and when i approached the owner he was extremely helpful and resolved the issue on the spot. A+ service! read more
