What a huge mistake to come here. I was craving some good Enchilladas. I initially went to Dairy Queen only to get my heart broken. They do not sell Enchilladas anymore. I started hunting and based off of pictures and reviews, I found Casa Hernandez. I drove over there but they were not open. Probably due to Beryl. I decided to go to the old Schultz, now known as Diamond W. That was a complete mistake. The Enchilladas were dry as the Sahara, and no chili gravy. Just Hamburger meat inside the tortilla and cheese on the top. It comes with 3 and I guess they got lazy on the 3rd one. It hardly had nothing in or on it. I recently had some food from this place and it was really good I would recommend this place to family and friends

I didn't know what to expect, but on my receipt it looked like it used to be a Dairy Queen. Inside was very casual. There was plenty of parking and seating booths available. Their menu varied from nachos to fried seafood. I ordered their fried shrimp and fish platter with the side salad and fries. The fish was hot and good. I believe they use real catfish, unlike some of the other restaurants. Next time I make ask them to fry it a little harder but it was indeed good! It's a quaint small town diner that serves a variety of foods, the employees were really nice, and the food was good, I had a fish plate with fries, the fish was great it was hot and fresh, I loved it. Wife and I went there for supper and they took our order, I got a Taco Salad and asked for Jalapeños to be added, no tomatoes please. Got our order and I got a taco bowl with a little ground beef and a bunch of lettuce and NO JALAPEÑOS. The food was bland. No refried beans. I will never go back. It's just not that good. read more

We went when restaurants were only open at 50% and they did a really good job. The cfs was excellently done. No air pockets were the meat shrank giving you a false sense of size and and the assumption that it's another frozen Sysco pos. It was obviously hand battered and made in house. I can't wait to go back and try their many other items. They're like a dairy mart with a surprisingly good continental and Mexican food menu. read more

Have eaten here twice so far. First time, I had the cheese enchiladas. Not very fond of their enchilada sauce, but it was OK overall. Second time, I had the hamburger steak. The hamburger steak was dry, while the sides of mashed potatoes and green beans were good. Decent overall, but not great. This place is new, so I hope they are just working out the kinks. read more

Had the queso burger with onion rings instead of fries. Burger was ok, didn't seem like there was a lot of queso, should have just gotten a cheeseburger. The onion rings were cooked good but they didn't have any flavor in the breading. read more

The food is good. Chicken enchiladas were great for a non Mexican food only establishment. The chicken fried steak is TEXAS good and good sized for $11. Comes w green beans and mashed potatoes or French fries. All good food. The chicken fried chicken is same price as the chicken fried steak BUT 1/3-1/4 of the size.
