I could not be sure what the batter was somewhere between and Cajun flour and panko. They were yellowish, so I think there could have been some turmeric in the batter. A good cocktail and tartar sauce was provided with the meal. I would highly recommend checking this place out. I also noticed they have a drive though and take call in orders if you are on a time crunch. I now for sure on my next trip down I10 I will be stopping in.
