Well this is just bad customer service for a business that doesn't have anyone waiting to be helped. I gave her my receipt number and she said it didn't show paid for and she didn't have a way of looking it up. This is the only reason I gave them 3 stars only because she really didn't even try to help. She complained the whole time to everyone that she had phone problems. She called in someone else who quickly found it and we waited another 15 minutes before it was brought out. Otherwise I believe you could get any part needed here and would give them another chance despite the lack of service from this one employee. Very nice business. It is a large place that seems to have everything you might need for your vehicle.

I enjoy these people the most out of all the ones I have visited. My kids in town for Christmas so obviously I have to figure out what's wrong with their vehicles and fix all the problems. First stop Autozone, use their card reader to tell me what trouble codes have been thrown. First, set of coils for Volkswagen and change the oil. For Impala change the oil and new oil fitter plug because wherever this one has been going to to get the oil changed, they have stripped out the head. It took an act of Congress for me to get this sucker off just to change the oil. Just goes to show you if you want a job done right you you have to do it yourself.
