Just look at their warranty disclaimer; They leave it blank so they can scam the customers without saying anything. They just scammed me for over $600.00 for purchasing an incorrect part, so save your money. Update - After over weeks trying and unable to get my refund, I had to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau, https://respond.bbb.org/. When the scammers got notice from the BBB, they decide to refund me. They still charged me 25% or over $160 for restocking fee. She called in someone else who quickly found it and we waited another 15 minutes before it was brought out. Otherwise I believe you could get any part needed here and would give them another chance despite the lack of service from this one employee. Very nice business. First stop Autozone, use their card reader to tell me what trouble codes have been thrown. First, set of coils for Volkswagen and change the oil. For Impala change the oil and new oil fitter plug because wherever this one has been going to to get the oil changed, they have stripped out the head. It took an act of Congress for me to get this sucker off just to change the oil. Just goes to show you if you want a job done right you you have to do it yourself.

I've actually gone to a place and had assistance from a woman when I typically think that this job growing up it's a guy job. As I continue to grow up as a older adult, I realize that we are such powerful woman. I appreciate the two ladies that helped me out today and getting my car back up and running. Being able to be knowledgeable of how to navigate and use our resources is very key and should never be restricted to gender setting. I felt not only happy to write this review about the ladies who helped me today, but I want to encourage us as women that we should never continue to limit what we know is accessible to us as women.
