Absolutely AMAZING!!!! Let me just say that I have waited years to write this review and my experiences have been spot on again and again and again! This is where my fiance bought my engagement ring from and since then I have been hooked! I have gotten many casual rings, unique statement rings, fancy bracelets, a tennis bracelet, and so much more from them (many that will be my forever pieces that my family and in laws got me for my wedding) and they keep delivering the best quality and price point I have ever seen for jewelry and diamonds! I am absolutely in love with their unique selection! I fall in love with pieces every time I am there! They have so many things that I have not will ever see on people and knowing that it is a more rare piece makes me feel so special and inclined to buy! Let's talk about service. I am extremely picky with where I put my money and am patient when it comes to bigger purchases, especially when it's something I'm buying or investing in for long term use and service is a big factor I consider when spending my money anywhere. I have bought a couple hundred dollar pieces for myself and presents for others from here, all the way to few thousand dollars investment pieces for my wedding that can be eventually passed on, and each and every time, regardless of what I spend or buy, I get treated like royalty! Not people pushing a sale, but people actually helping me find what I am looking for even if I am not spending much! That is so hard to find in a diamond store! They are not just trying to make a sale, they actually care about helping you find something you'll love and if they don't have something specific that you're looking for they create it for you! Every experience here has been amazing and I absolutely cannot wait to keep buying jewelry from here! I live in Chicago and they're in Douglasville, but every time I visit Atlanta I swing by! I get compliments on any piece I wear from Diamonds Forever, especially my engagement ring! For some reason every single diamond catches any light and just creates an out of this world sparkle! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my jewelry needs. I usually find that when a review is as vociferous as the one posted in 2017 most of the problem is with the customer. I have found this store and its personnel, to be honest and outstanding in every way. The owner, Hussein, has been generous and professional in all of our dealings. He created the most beautiful bridal set for me and my wife. We have been married for 45 years and it has taken all this time to put a ring on my wife's finger that she has deserved. Totally dissatisfied. I purchased 2 Tungsten bands from this location August 19 2016. 1 of the bands had to be ordered due to the size needed. I was told they would contact me when it arrived for pickup. As of December 21, 2016 I hadn't been contacted so I visited the location. During this visit I was told the ring could not be located and they would investigate further to see what the problem was with the order. Once they figured it out I was to get a call with an answer. I never got that call and purchased the same ring online through a new vendor. Today January 31 2017 I still hadn't receive that call so I went back to the store. I informed the associate that I would like a refund. I was then told hold on a second so that she could go check to see if the ring was here. I waited...about 10 mins later she comes back with the ordered ring with the receipt and says hey its here. I told her that's fine but I would like a refund since I've already purchased the same ring online and received it. She then tells me the store does not offer refunds but she would issue a 50% refund for the ring. Considering that this error and oversight was not my fault I feel a FULL refund should have been issued. She then tells me I can trade the 2nd ring I purchased from them for the ring in store. Again huge issue considering I've already paid for 2 rings in full at point of sale!! Why would I trade 1 for the other?? Then to add insult to injury she says well o can give you a store credit....really?!?!?!? Completely ridiculous in terms of customer service especially when they are at fault!!! NEVER trust this store!!! Obviously lazy if an ordered item has been in the store since September and in January they still hadn't contacted the customer. Then refuses refund because the initial purchase was in August smdh. ...which again is not the customers fault. Own your error!! Lesson learned for me!! read more
