If you go here, make sure to watch your jewelry if you have it cleaned and don't drop it off for cleaning because they will lose it. I went to purchase a setting for a stone I had that I wanted to make into a necklace. While I was there I gave the salesperson 2 of my rings to be cleaned. I left without my rings, but a couple weeks later, my necklace was ready for pickup and that's when I remembered they had still had my rings. I thought they would have put them with my necklace but they didn't. When I picked up my necklace, I inquired about my rings and they couldn't find them. They said they'd call when they found them or for me to try back. A couple weeks went by and since then I called many times. Each time, I was given a different answer. Finally on the last call I made, I was told the salesperson that helped me would speak with the owner and call me back in a couple days. I never heard back. I called several times again and this last time, they said they didn't have them... point blank. Then they hung up on me. I am an honest person. They have my rings. The rings belonged to my mother who passed away a few years ago. They are very sentimental to me and now they are gone. read more

I brought my 20 year old wedding ring set to them at the end of April because one of the prongs that holds the main diamond had bent just a bit. I was afraid it would cause the stone to come out. I was also going to get it taken down half a size. When I picked it up it was tight but I didn't think anything of it because I had it sized. The prongs didn't feel right but again it was a jewelry store so they knew what they were doing. In the first week of August my stone came out. Not sure how long it was gone before I noticed but it was gone. Still haven't found that stone. Called them twice to figure out a solution and was told I would receive a call back. Was told the first time that they could replace the stone if I had it or I could buy a new one. Went into the jewelry store today and asked to speak to a manager. Denise came out of her office and before she even knew what was going on she was already slightly rude. She basically told me that it was my fault that the ring was broken and that I had to have hit it on some thing or snagged it in my pocket or my hair. She pulled up a very badly pixelated picture of my ring to show me the repair but you couldn't tell this from that. I brought up that the ring was a little too tight but I could live with it when she pulled up the paperwork they had brought it down a full size not just half a size. She actually asked me did you not catch that? No I'm not a jewelry person so all I knew is it was tighter. I left the store in tears as my 20 year old wedding band is now broken and too tight And received nothing but a bad attitude. read more

Zero integrity. They will take advantage of you then blame the front employee. Had a ring fixed in the spring. Another stone fell out in the fall. I take it back in and NOW they say it's basically unrepairable. That the whole ring needs to be gone through and will take 1500. It's an older ring. This is understandable but the problem is none of this was mentioned when they "repaired" it in the spring. They were very happy taking my money. So now I'm back to square one, a missing diamond but I'm still out the money they took. Zero integrity. Do no shop here. They're a shame to small business. This type of practice drives business to large chains. Find another small jeweler to shop with. read more

I have 2 bad experiences with this store. Although the people are very friendly the commitment to deliver on time is not in their vocabulary. I had some appraisals for some jewelry and they committed to having done on a Friday. I went in and they were not completed. Told me to come back the following Wednesday and still not done. Approx. 1 week later the appraisals were finally completed. I found an error on one of the appraisals and it had t be corrected. I also brought a watch in for repair on 9/22 and was told it would be 10/31 before ready. I was fine with that. I dropped by 2 weeks prior to the due date to check on status and was told not ready. That was OK. On 10/31 I did not hear from them so called them in the afternoon. Was told the repair person was not there but that they would call me. On the following Monday, I called in the afternoon because I had not heard from them and was told the watch parts had not been ordered. This was over 6 weeks. When I finally spoke to the watch repair person John, he said could order the parts and have them in in 3 days. When asked why he had not ordered parts earlier he said things had stacked up on him. I won't bore you with further details but needless to say, this store does not know how to make accurate estimates on when work will be completed and has multiple excuses. I woud not recommend them if you have any work that will require them to keep your jewelry for any period of time. read more

I have a Bulova watch that my daughter figured was a toy and scratched the screen. I went in and met with Ashley who helped me set up getting it fixed. She gave me an estimate on how much it should cost (which was very reasonable). I dropped it off and the estimate was about 2 weeks as it was a custom glass that they had to order. She called me while it was going on saying it would cost a tad bit more as the glass I had was a specific design and different compared to most. The honesty was great, and when it was time to go pick it back up not only did it look brand new, they also fixed the battery in it. Ashley was a HUGE help! Not the best place to bring a watch. First one was returned to me damaged - took a few visits back to get them to fix it. Second worked when I dropped it off for a cleaning and didn't when I got it back. Had to bring it back in and wait another 3 week, just to be told 'Sorry' and that they couldn't work on it.
