They do let you wash however long normally which is nice. One of the self serve dog washes was closed on a Saturday due to "maintenance"- had to wait 1 hour which was fine bc I also take a while since I have a big dog. Then when I washed my dog, a worker took the closed dog wash sign down..so it was working the entire time, workers just didn't want to clean it..on a Saturday. Lazy! And it wasn't even very busy. We made several vet visits, ER visit, and until now we are dealing with many issues. We also had to get a CT scan, MRI, bloodwork, and several medications. To have a super healthy certified therapy dog go through this is ridiculous. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
