As I was leaving to walk my dog I tried to ask her a question and she complete ignored me. Didn't take it personal since she was arguing on phone with someone. When I came back from walk she was gone. Pool was not cleaned. I called and asked if Kellie was coming back to clean. Thinking maybe she left to get part or something. I got a call back telling me she'd already cleaned pool. I started calling other pool companies to pay to come clean, as I was having guests for Easter. I called the landlord to let her know about the service and sent her pictures that day. Out of the blue, Kelli showed up Friday and was very angry. She told me it wasn't my home and not to ever call them again. That I was her first complaint. I told her I'm sorry but the pool isn't clean. I had really liked her prior to this exchange. I was shocked at how disrespectful she was to me. She called me a Liar and said we should get another pool company. Prior to this message, I sent a text to her dad or step dad, whatever. I will attach the text. He then called me and was yelling and called me liar also. He also accused me trying to set Kellie up with my some. That was a total lie. My son would never have gone for her. I only mentioned he had moved to town recently and asked her where a good place would be for him to meet friends. Regardless, this was just stupid, at its worst. I would want to know if my child working for me was not respectful to customers. It's easy to see where she gets it from after manager called me yelling and screaming. Why would I lie about a pool being clean or not? So, as long as you never let them know if your pool isn't cleaned once they leave they don't want your business. Here is text I sent manager: Hello. This is Jane Herron, 692 Rotonda Circle. I thought a lot before deciding to send this text. I don't do confrontation. I hate drama. As a parent, I decided to let you personally know about my experience with Kelly Friday. She came to clean pool and I was outside , as usual. She told me (angrily) I was first person to ever complain and she didn't appreciate it. I told her I was sorry but the pool wasn't clean. She went on about pictures and discrediting pictures I sent. She told me I wasn't supposed to have dog on porch. Although she is the one that said he was fine when we first met and no need to put him up. She told me I don't own this home or pay for pool cleaners (not true), I do pay for it in my heafty lease payment. She told me I wasn't supposed no longer allow to call your office for any reason and numerous times said we should get new pool cleaners. I was and told her , shocked how she was talking to me. All I wanted was the pool to be clean for Easter dinner party. I moved here last November and leased this home to make sure I'd be happy in Florida away from my adult children. I am disabled from a neuro muscular disease and lost my husband a year ago. After she exited, I struggled with how to handle this situation and decided to let your family know. I hope I don't have any more issues during her visits. The worst part is, I really liked Kellie and thought she was so sweet before this happened. I have attached pics after she left.
