Never owned a Hot Tub. Shopped the BIG stores but enjoyed dealing with all three generations of…read morethis family. Laurie showed us various models, very low key, educational not pushy aggressive sales pitch. We were worried Electrician would be a big additional expenditure. Nope! Laurie referred us to her personal electrician Phil McGill PME. They were AMAZING; showed up day before hot tub arrived, did the work, neatly cleaned their work area, and the PRICE was very reasonable. VERY!!! GrandPa Tom showed the next day with a crew and delivered and installed The Hot Tub and left Alec ( Laurie's Son/Tom Grandson) to train us on maintaining this investment. We're very happy we choose this family firm
