They did their job but when I first visited a Sweet Peach studio in Atlanta, I knew I had been missing out on an even better experience. I have visited this Virginia Highlands location once before, but actually thought that I was booking at their Vinings location. Oops! Halfway through my drive I realized that I was going to a totally different place, lol. (The team was so nice, they assured me that if I was at the wrong location, they would have worked it out for me) Parking in this neighborhood can feel a little risky as there are 'no parking' signs all over, it's hard to know what to believe. I called ahead just to confirm if I could park on the street without issue during my afternoon visit and was reassured. Spoiler alert: My car was safe in its original spot with no ticket in sight. The vibes at each Sweet Peach are the same, adorable and covered in peaches! Peach rugs, walls in peachy tones, adorable peachy butts, etc etc. Once you walk into a Sweet Peach, you'll never forget how they look lol. Another fun trait of each Sweet Peach? Sex and The City plays on each tv. LOVE. Definitely easy to get through a waxing/sugaring appointment as you see Carrie embarrassing herself once again for Big's attention. The team at this location (and honestly, every locaton) is SO nice. They were patient, incredibly helpful and just sweethearts. Tammy was my wax tech on my last visit and she did an amazing job. Reviews looked good so I scheduled. I don't know how it is for all the waxers but Jody was a MACHINE. She was so fast I think I was in and out in less 10 minutes. Jody was kind and helpful and talked through everything. I thought it was interesting this salon provides a hot towel at the end for you to wipe yourself down with. It was a nice extra touch. I arrived and the business is located in a small plaza share with a few other businesses, which means shared parking. There are approximately 4 parking spaces directly in front of the business, which were all taken when I arrived. I was still able to park in the plaza. When I walked up, I rang the doorbell to gain access and the door was opened fairly quickly. There is a small waiting area and there were two other ladies waiting ahead of me, but I did not have to wait very long. While waiting, a parking spot opened, so I moved my vehicle closer. I used the bathroom and after the room was cleaned and was instructed to wait inside while and get ready for my waxer. That wait did not take long either. She knocked shortly after, confirmed what service I needed, and got to work. My waxer was very pleasant and engaging throughout the process. I have not had a Brazilian in over three years, but she made me comfortable, and was efficient, and was done in no time. I had a good experience and was pleased with the results.

She's terrible at keeping the client comfortable while doing breath work. She also pulls the same strip more than once without giving any real direction to how to breathe. She doesn't let you check before applying aloe or oil and doesn't ask what you prefer. Another thing is she doesn't apply pressure after pulling strips and when you ask she has an attitude and puts two fingers on the area for a second max. Mind you she barely gets the strip on the first pull so now I have blisters where you get a brazilian. She's rude and unkind. I will never get waxed by her again my second interaction with her was worst than the first.
