I was a walk in so I do have to say they were very kind and accommodating and were able to fit an eye brow wax for me in their schedule and I hardly waited 10 min. Unfortunately, after the wax, my skin over my eyes was burning more than usual but I thought it would go away as it usually does. In about an hour it didn't get better and today I woke up with these red spots and my skin really hurts. I'm not allergic to anything and my skin is not extra sensitive and I've been waxing my eye brows for many years and it's the first time this happens to me. read more

Mina changed my life after I had a string of bad experiences with other waxers; I used to get very anxious about getting Brazilian, and I settled for a Bikini with Mina. She made me feel extremely comfortable immediately and talked me through each step of the service so that I knew what was happening the entire time. The facility itself is extremely clean and professional. The man who greets you and helps you check in is super friendly, and this is consistent across visits. Four stars is usually the highest rating I give for all businesses. I'm making this a five-star because this is the least painful sugaring I've ever had. For anyone who gets sugared, trying to get back into a routine is always painful because you kind of let yourself go. I don't really have to go into detail here, but if you've been sugared and they're trying to get back into a routine, you know how that first session feels like after being gone for awhile. It hurts. I recommend going to Monique, she's got a sweet personality and really careful when it comes to making sure that you are not in pain during the whole session. Really good at holding the conversation to make sure that you're not focusing too much on that impending pull. It was my first time waxing. I've never waxed before so I was hopefully for a friendly environment. The man at the desk was extremely polite. It's like he sensed it was my first time ahaha. The lady that waxed me was nice. I do have anxiety so I couldn't tell if was getting frustrated with me or if she was just telling me firmly to relax and to keep my legs open. I wish she would've talked a bit more to me just helped me with breathing. I sweating up a storm (from nerves and pain haha) Maybe I expected too much. It wasn't that bad, though. She was very knowledgeable, though. Since I was a newcomer I didn't know sugaring hurts more than wax. She stirred me to waxing instead . I don't know the difference so I presumed she was right considering she's the wax-matologist People talk about how waxing hurts like heck... and well they're right but it doesn't hurt enough for me to stay away haha. I definitely will be coming back here when I'm in Atlanta. Next time I know to you use an ointment of some sort to ease the pain. read more
