HORRIBLE LAZY, BROKE THINGS, NO RESPONSE TO COMPLAINT. I too used a Living Social voucher for 2 cleaners for 1 hour. Three cleaners showed up but they didn't stay for an hour. it was more like 50 minutes. They broke things and didn't clean what I asked them too, but did do some I didn't. Three peope were unable to finish cleaning 2.5 bathrooms and vacuum the floors. They said they didn't have shower cleaner. Seriously a housekeeping service with no shower cleaner! They put a dirty vacuum cleaner bag and slippers on the kitchen table. Gross. They also never responded when I contacted them regarding my isssues. These vouchers are to try out a business to see if they are worth full price. I won't be calling them again. read more

responded to text and booked but didn't show up, said "can you call later" when called 20 min after appt. Lied about being on the way said she was driving, but clearly she was just getting in the car. Then showed up 1.25 hours late and ditched job because she couldn't find parking after looking for 2 minutes. Lots of excuses and whining about how parking is expensive. read more

We used the living social and Tina came with another girl. They spent less than 60 minutes, barely did anything and barely cleaned the areas they did work on. It was a HUGE disappointment. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. A waste of money. Not professional read more

These cleaners know what they are doing--and they got more done at my house than the last team did in twice the time. I have tried out a lot of cleaners this year, and Diana's team is above and beyond the best. Every single other cleaner would start loading up their gear 10 minutes before their time was up--these guys went over and then loaded up their equipment. They came in, developed a plan of attack and went to it. So refreshing. When I told Diana how impressed I was, she said she does not do on the job training. Lisa was very eager to be available to do a bid then charged for services not yet provided and didn't respond to repeated text and email requests for communication. Very unprofessional business practices and policies. Lisa is not a credible person. The decent cleaning service of the employees is represented by a very disingenuous person, Lisa. I am now disputing charges made in advance for services not yet rendered. Do not trust this woman! read more

Diana and Ryan came today and started immediately working like a whirlwind! I was really impressed at how thorough and fast they finished the job. The kitchen and bath look so shiny and spotless. I asked a lot of questions about the proper way to do things and Diana explained everything as she was working. We are really pleased and will recommend them to others.
