Gave them a try again, the charge per area not per unit, no matter how little or how much you get you will be charged by the area, at my two week mark I still had movement in my face so I came back for a touch up and they tried to charge me for the touch up, even though you can't pay per unit. I am under the impression that if you charge by area and need a touch up then you shouldn't be charged. It's completely laughable. I will never come here again.

Dr. Kovak agreed to send in Rx to Walgreens. Upon leaving appointment, Sandy Kovak told me there was a $100 Fee for Writing a Prescription. Then she told me it was a Consultation Fee which contradicted what I was told when making the appointment (Office Visit). This was never disclosed nor stated when I inquired about the costs when making the appointment nor during the exam. It is unusual and improper for a doctor's office to charge a separate $100 prescription fee on top of an office visit charge, especially if it was not disclosed upfront. A prescription is generally considered part of the treatment included in the cost of the office visit. I have asked for this charge to be reversed and to have Dr. Kovak return my call.

Right at my appointment time Shi finished with her previous client and introduced herself. Led to the treatment room and got ready. The procedure was quick, yet thorough. Nothing missed. Finally, she is super personable and kept the conversation going which keeps your mind off the task at hand. I was actually surprised when she said it was all done! The spa suites are located on the eighth floor. The facial was pretty standard, slightly mediocre. There were awkward technical issues with the steamer, which took her about five minutes to fix. She did apologize for the issues and ended up getting it working. At the end she had to collect her belongings which is also a little awkward. It would've been great if she could've got the bath started so I didn't have to wait 15 minutes for it to fill up. You have 25 minutes to relax in the room and take a bath or a shower or use the sauna. This would be an excellent experience or well worth it if they allowed more time. The bath took 10 minutes to fill up/figure out and I only had 15 minutes left. 15 minutes is not enough for a bath and to get ready. I would've really enjoyed the amenities if I was allowed more time. I would say 45 minutes would be ideal. I think they should price higher if needed and give people this time. Without time to enjoy the amenities the spa is really just average. I like the brand of soap that they had available and that it is in a private room. Overall, everything just felt very rushed and not relaxing like a spa should be.

We were told we could grab a bite to eat in the restaurant on the 9th Floor in between services. The restaurant was Closed! Then we were told we could grab a coffee and a quick bite downstairs in the Lobby. Apparently the person we saw at the bar on the way in to our 10:00AM left because when I came downstairs the bar was Closed. So now I must wait 45 minutes for my husband, hungry and thirsty. Would not recommend this Spa to anyone. Definitely didn't start our Wedding Anniversary activities well. Prayerfully it will get better.

As I've aged mine have gotten thinner and grayer. Lynn took the time to consult, explain, and put my mind at ease. She worked on my brows, plucking, shaping, and tinting them to something I was very happy with. My eyebrows look better than they have in years (decades/ever?).
