This place is awesome! Went on a Wednesday around 3 o'clock so seating wasn't an issue I can see during peak hours were seating would be an issue as this is in the back of a small convenience store/meat market. By the way, the sign out front says Tito's Taqueria and meat market. we had the four taco plate with fajita meat and chicken. They do not skimp on their meat. Best tacos I've had in the Garland area will definitely be back. read more

This place is awesome! I have ordered a lot of tacos and my guys like these the best. i work for a roofing company and they always request these tacos! They are affordable and they do not short you on the meat. (We see shrinkflation all too often these days, NOT HERE!) I get the tacos and they serve them all day!! It also comes with grilled onion, diced onion and cilantro, red and green sauce, lime wedges all on the side! I ordered 30 tacos and got all that for $39!! D E A L!!! (SIDE NOTE, they are all inside of another location, such as, a gas station or a meat market and they have 2 Garland locations, so make sure you know which one you are calling when you order.) I just got out the gym and was craving tacos. But tbh i'm from Cali so im a little jaded about Tex-mex. This place is not that. It's true blue Latino, muy sabroso amigos. The chicken is juicy and flavorful, the Tripas is FRIED which is so frickin SICK! I also grabbed a FIRE carne asada burrito, not frickin beef fajita with corn stuck in strange places, actual Seasoned and grilled skirt steak sliced up and marinated with love. This is without a doubt our go to taco place in garland , we were lucky to find this gem when we moved to garland in May and regularly go here for tacos , $1 corn tacos it doesn't get better than that ! We have also tried the menudo and chilaquiles for breakfast and both were good too . Place is hidden in check cashing place that is actually a convenience store. The taqueria is in the back. Food was really good. Tacos de fajita were really good, meat was tender and flavorful. Tacos de pollo en salsa verde were stellar. Tacos de chorizo with papa were really good as well. Rice and beans needed salt but no biggie. I also tried the torta de milanesa. It was ok but needed more meat. Overall this place was really good and really cheap! I'd like to try the tacos de pollo con mole and the pastor. I'll have to try on my next visit. Great to have this in garland as a spot to get good food at great prices. Tacos are only .89 cents! If I could critique I would suggest yellow corn instead of white but that's being critical. The place is inside a check cashing store, so it seems a little sketchy. Nonetheless though this tacos taste like what you would eat in Mexico (at least where I'm from) super delicious and the salsas are perfect. You can call and order for pick up or go and eat in, the down side about eating there is that they only have about four tables and on the weekends it's gets pretty packed. This is a great place for food. Small area so it's not a sit down place. You can call your orders in advance which I recommend but you may need to speak Spanish.
