Turkey club goes down in my belly. Down down down it goes. Yum yum yum!

You will find the best sandwich around at Diane's. All their meat: turkey, ham, roast beef are fresh roasted and carved up right there. My favorite is the turkey club: Moist flavorful turkey breast, just like you remember on after-thanksgiving leftovers, crisp bacon, savory French bread. You can get fries, but skip that and go with the home-made potato salad. I get a sandwich here every time I go though town. You should stop by too.

Wonderful homemade soup. And the Pizza Burger's are to die for! A must stop. Friendly service and cozy place.

Lunch special $6.75 ~ Chicken Mushroom and Wild Rice Soup and half shredded Turkey sandwich.

Absolutely THE best burger in Libby. Her Chili cheese fries are my personal favorite. Always has a good soup and sandwich combo too

Actually this is a Amish owned general store that serves a Friday night buffet and Saturday morning buffet. And weekday hamburgers. But we've only so far had the Friday night buffet. So let me tell you.......... First off you have to travel up through beautiful country to get there across the Koocanusa Lake then up the Yak Valley, and before we got there on the side of the road was some Amish children selling baked goods with their mother. Of course we stopped and practically bought them out. Once there you go into the store and you are directed into the back where there is a buffet set up. A salad bar then the first time we visited it was meatloaf, baked chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, homemade bread, two kinds of pie and beverages all you can eat. Second time basically the same menu except no meat loaf, it was roasted pork loin and baked beans instead of green beans. Then when you go up to the grocery store to check out you are tempted by all of their homemade goodies. Bread, cookies, pie, jelly and all of their sundries in their general store along with handmade items. We went away with bags full of all kinds of things. I won't go into details but don't pass up this fantastic opportunity to have this amazing experience, you will talk about it for months and months if not years!!!!

We were both warmly greeted right away and offered that cold drink we were both seeking. Our bartender, Slade, was very friendly and brought us warm foccacia bread with drizzled huckleberry sauce on it. We ordered the steak satay which was wonderfully marinated and soft enough to melt in your mouth - delicious. The foccaia bread was worth the trip alone. Slade was being assisted by Selene, behind the bar, who must have overheard us talking about taking the Foccacia bread home and immediately went into action preparing it for travel with a little extra huckleberry sauce for the road. Fabulous place, great surroundings and friendly staff - all around a great place to go.

Hostess then arrived and got us seated right away despite it being a bustling night. GREAT ambience - lively but not loud - no need to raise voice to talk with your party. Server came out promptly and took great care of us. My sister got the Jasmine and it was as great tasting as it was beautiful - tart, so if you like tart drinks get it and don't think twice. The Focaccia Bread WITH the steamer clams was a great appetizer (soak the bread in the tomato juice!) and the entrees were SO GOOD. The Chilean Sea Bass was PERFECTLY cooked and was up there in the best we've ever had. The pesto gnocchi + squash it rested on was delightful and the perfect combination. The Peruvian Chicken was ALSO perfectly cooked and its sauce was to die for. The potatoes that went along with were salted just right. Great great great, highly recommend whether you're having dinner or going to the bar with a friend for a LIVELY kind of experience

A fort of Seattle Mariners and Seattle Seahawks pride-this is what passes for a Sports Bar in an Old West Ghost Town! A Dry Sports Bar! I was enchanted by all the hummingbird feeders hung out front that attracted dozens of hummingbirds from far and wide! It was a glorious sight! Now the food tasted great and I thank the great outdoors fresh mountain air for that! My son and I enjoyed a fantastic lunch of Sprag Pole Cheeseburgers and fries. Of course I had to try the old-fashioned Huckleberry Shake which was beyond tasty! The Sprag Pole also serves hearty breakfasts until noon, soup and salads plus some raved about "Chester fried chicken" and "Lloyd's Famous Baby back ribs."
