Great place to pick out a gift! Lots of choices of jewelry, clothes, bags, & knick-knacks. Brighton, Alex & Ani, & other great brands. This place does promotions frequently when you buy Brighton jewelry. Everyone is very helpful & they even do free gift wrap - they wrap your gifts beautifully with several choices of paper & bows/ribbons. For the complainers who gave this place a bad review - people buying gifts should be asking for a gift receipt so that you have proof of what was paid for it if you need to return. read more

Beautiful store. Great spot to go for gifts. Most of the staff is friendly, but not all. I do think there should be someone more helpful as you walk in. I was not greeted either - as someone else mentioned - but I am not a person of color. I would have liked to have been greeted and given some helpful tips. For example, I did not know they use numbers at the Alex and Ani counter until after I was waiting for a while on my first visit. Great assortment of gifts, though. I really enjoy spending an hour here on a Saturday. I walk,around and explore . They have a little bit of everything. I go here for my Alex and ani, vera Bradley and Yankee candle. I,usually go if it's a special occasion. I'm trying to support small town businesses. I like seeing older women working here. They,are very experienced and friendly. If you are a person of color, don't bother. I was excited to finally visit this store since I've passed it many times. No one greeted me; no one asked if I needed assistance even though the store was practically empty. The salespeople just stared at me. The moment a person NOT of color walked in, the store came alive! Been there, done that. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Diann's is a great store. I've known about this little gem of a store for maybe a year now. I collect Vera Bradley luggage and accessories. If you're a Vera fan this is the place for you. The store carries some great brands such as Swarovski crystal jewerly, Alex and Ani, and Jim Shore. Alex and Ani is my new obsession because I love bangles. Some of the Alex and Ani bracelets are very expensive but most are affordable (around 28 dollars). The staff is very friendly and they will reserve your purchases behind the counter for you for more comfortable browsing. Diann's also hosts Brighton collectibles charm parties. read more

I have been shopping here for many, many years. I am not usually greeted at the door, and I LIKE that. I don't like salespeople who make it awkward the minute you walk in. I like being able to find someone to help me if/when I need it and except for around Christmas when the place is a zoo, there is always sales help willing to help if needed. I only gave 4 stars because I miss the old Diann's that had more collectible items and less home decor and jewelry. I miss the days of LOTS of Boyd's Bears, Anna Lee's Lenox, Precious Moments and the like. There is LOTS of Alex and Ani, and the charms that so many collect now, such as Kameleon. I understand times and tastes change, but I still love the old store selections better and don't go nearly as much as I used to. I do recommend stopping in if you are need of a gift, you will probably walk out very happy. They also gift wrap! read more

As an employee at Diann's Boutique, I can reassure anyone that I have never met anyone as sweet as Diann and her family. You will never meet anyone as caring as these three. They try to accommodate all needs of a customer to the best of their ability. I truly have never seen a business spoil the customers as much as they do with 20% off coupons for 1 item per month, complimentary gift wrapping with NINE different papers to choose from, and a $10 birthday gift card given to all members. I love my job and I love going to Dianns. Usually people dread going to work, but that is not our case. I even go into Dianns when I am not working just to see my fellow employees and bosses. We are a family. We hangout together all the time. Whether it is going to sushi, outback, cliffs ice cream, or the city we always seem to end up together:) I would not change my job for the world. read more

One-stop shopping for all your collectibles and gifts. Store is OUTSTANDING. Wide aisles, beautiful displays, huge inventory. The place is a dream of fully-stocked collectibles. There's always some sale going on and several times of the year artists from some of the lines are brought in to sign their works and chat with customers. VERY knowledgeable sales staff that bend over backwards to please you. They will make sure your purchase is in perfect condition before you leave the store by removing it from its carton and allowing you to inspect it. Frequent buyer program with nice discounts. Halloween and Christmas time are my favorite times to come with their Dept. 56 village room in full swing. Jim Shore, Brighton, Annalee, Hummel, Harmony Kingdom, Crocs, Lenox, Byer's Choice, Pipka's Santas, Possible Dreams, Dreamsickles, Snowbabies, Fenton Art Glass and Disney collectibles are just some of the lines represented. Gorgeous handbags and jewelry, funky eyeglasses, tapestries, wall clocks, candles...you can spend an hour browsing and still not see everything. The nice thing is the sales staff are not pushy, not breathing down your neck as you shop. You can also buy via phone and they ship all over the country. This is a must-see for the serious shopper. I have been shopping at this store for years and have easily spent thousands of dollars here. This past Christmas Eve I went to exchange a lokai bracelet which my daughter received as a gift from this store, I wanted to change this $18 lokai bracelet for a different size as the small did not fit her. The sales woman helping me needed to ask Dianne herself if she would be willing to take this back due to the fact that the tag was ripped. Dianne said to me "I can't sell this the tag is not on it." I suggested she ask the manufacturer for another tag and she insisted that this was impossible and she suggested I just have my daughter "re-gift" it. I cannot believe se was willing to lose a customer for 18 dollars especially since i suggested she look up my account to see how much I have spend in her store over the years, this did not seem to matter. If you are ever going to spend a dime in this store make sure you never want to return anything! I spoke with some additional people over the past couple of days and I have heard that Dianne the store owner can be a difficult person not just with her customers but she is not to nice to her employees as well. Zero stars from me....proceed with caution shoppers. read more

Dianns -a great place to shop. Staff is always polite, well informed, well dressed and groomed. The store is always clean , bright, festive for the season, and well stocked. The employees are always excited and willing to help with any purchase. For the customer who wrote the bad review; have you ever tried to return something without a tag, receipt or something that proves you purchased it at that establishment ? Most stores will not accept a return without proof of purchase,but the tags off the bracelet? Are you kidding me? How do you expect them to resell it? Why should Dianns be out? Return the gift to whomever gave it to your daughter, explaining that it doesn't fit and have them try and exchange it. BASHING A LOCAL BUSINESS IS NOT THE AVENUE TO TAKE!!!! Dianns gives back to the community tenfold. Just go to any area tricky tray and you will always see a donation from Dianns. Lady you are WRONG!!! read more
