Return I had was straightforward, took the order number and returned to card swiftly. I've no idea how the place makes money, but between fashion that's never been in side a Saks 5th Avenue, and limited sizing for petite people like my wife, we rarely shop here.

I could not be more grateful to her for taking on my dress with such little time. The day I went to her she began to stitch the dress while I was wearing it and began trimming tulle. She finished my dress in a week. I came in for a fitting and it fit perfectly. She's an incredible tailor but more than that she's an incredible person. It was amazing to see her clients coming in to just say hello because they have so much love for her. So if you're reading this and you're free, she's moving her store down the street from its present location on July 7th and her clients are throwing her a grand opening at 10am, please attend and support her. I already have my dress from another store & Lisa didn't say one negative thing about it. In fact, she just made suggestions that I hadn't thought of - such as to be careful of buying shoes with any decorations that might catch on the chiffon dress. She fitted me for a bustier in a matter of minutes. I browsed her shoe selection, which I have to say was pretty extensive. She was never pushy. She also have a few nice headpieces and I may go back and purchase one of them for my wedding. If you are in need of lingerie, I would highly recommend Lisa. I thought she was completely professional and pleasant.

I went today, which was a Tuesday afternoon--it was NOT busy. There were only a few other shoppers around, so there shouldn't have been too much to handle with customer service. The dressing rooms were a disaster. When I went to the dressing room, I was the only one so I had a peek into each room, and they were all the same. There were tons of clothes hanging on the pegs, and a pile on the benches. It was a mess. I felt so rushed to get out of them because it was so uncomfortably messy. While I was shopping, this employee was so rude when she was trying to get around me while I was shifting through a rack. The workers didn't look busy at all and were just standing around and gossipping...which is fine, but....could you talk while cleaning up the damn dressing rooms? After about an hour of perusing the clothes, I ended up with two basic tank tops that I wanted to purchase. I went up to the cashier. There was a girl standing there. When she saw me, she said "Oh sorry" (not all that sincerely either) and languidly walked away with some kind of small booklet in hand. I watched her walk aimlessly in a circle, really accomplishing nothing, and the last thing on her mind was coming back to help me. I just walked out after a couple minutes of watching her walk around in circles. Like, the slowest circles a person could possible walk. I was SO ANNOYED with my whole shopping experience here.
