Recently with a simple car inspection I've been really disappointed with this business, not because of the work, or the price, but because they keep telling me they will call back and never do. It must be 10 times I've tried to find out about the status of my car inspection, and they never respond to let me know. I think I'll have to go elsewhere even though I love the location. But first I would appreciate getting the inspection sticker. Hopefully I won't have to call 10 more times to finally get some type of response.

Sammy, the mechanic and does inspections is wonderful. I've never been to a shop that I felt comfortable at until here. I had an issue where I got stuck there one day and they made sure I had cold water to drink and whatever I needed to be ok until I could leave. Pricing is always fair and the work is good. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area and farther. I travel almost 20 miles just to come here!

I was thinking it was having power issues because of the alternator or something...but I know nothing. John was very easy to deal with, has a night drop AND night pick up system which I utilized. The greatest thing about John though was that he called me, sought more information to correctly diagnosis, and then after driving the car around and checking things out decided that he was not confident in what the issue was and decided it may have been a fluke and that he wasn't comfortable making a repair that he wasn't 100% sure was the actual issue.
