The dealer determined it was a bad battery and that there was nothing wrong with the vechicle. Atlas (Patrick) promised to refund the cost of the bad battery that they installed plus the cost of testing. Eight months latter NO REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED!!!!

Not even sure why AAA after all these years of being a customer would use such an I'm unempathetic and unprofessional company. God actually did send an angel to my rescue and took care of me. I thought my weekend was canceled and worried how I would get trailer back to Tucson. I called a shop and they recommended Alex tire service,, was a couple blocks from where I was broken down. Hobbled over there,, There team came out looked it over,, tore it apart,, chased down new lug bolts and nuts,, installed them greased the wheel they were working on,, and to be safe took the other side apart,, checked and greased it.
