The dealer determined it was a bad battery and that there was nothing wrong with the vechicle. Atlas (Patrick) promised to refund the cost of the bad battery that they installed plus the cost of testing. Eight months latter NO REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED!!!!

This is a heavy machine shop that works on big semi trucks, but they were willing to take on a job a little out of the ordinary, and thank goodness as I'm not sure what else we would have done. They arrived in 30 minutes, were very up-front about pricing, and J. J. taught me through the whole process, even changed a wheel seal that had started to fail. The repair took some creativity, but 90 minutes later we were fixed up and ready to get back on the road. Highly recommended.
